I had plans on just shopping around to price suits today. I came into Jos A. Bank and I had the pleasure of being helped by one of the employees Melissa Wong. She made my experience fantastic. I am a firm believer in greeting when I enter into an establishment. She greeted me and told me about all the sales. I did not know what my measurements were and she took the time to measure me and walk around the store and show me all the sales. As a black man I typically get treated differently when I'm shopping at a nice store and looking to spend some serious $$.. Melissa made me feel great and she did a fantastic job at getting the suit that was best for me and my occasion. I highly recommend any one to come here. They would of did the alterations to my suit but I needed it in less then 2 weeks. Melissa was able to give me a tailor that was very close by to Jos A. Bank and my home. I will definitely be back to buy more products from this place If the service continues to be 10/10.

We ordered online but some of the clothes didn't fit. We brought them back and exchanged them with no additional cost, although we had gotten a large online discount. While at the store, we found more excellently priced items. The sales gentlemen were very nice.

Chris helped me out getting a suit for a wedding. I walked in expecting I could rent it, but Chris said they don’t rent the exact style my friend had for the groomsmen. He got me fitted and gave me a pretty good deal on everything. Knowledgeable guy on fits and styles. I’d recommend this location.

I worked there for a year so to be honest I am bias. They bend over backwards to help customers.... including honoring other places deposit for rentals when those places went out of business. We really care about our customers.

John at the Joseph A Banks of Research was absolutely wonderful and patient. He helped us pick a suit jacket, vest, did measurements and brought my fiancé countless shirts till we found the perfect fit. Then with his style recommendations we were able to have the outfit come together with a tie and pocket square! He was so nice, and so knowledgeable of his trade. Highly recommend stopping in to this store and having him assist you!!

The manager at this location saved my wedding. We’d been months working with another company. Absolute fiasco. We came here with two days left. We were in a rush and a panic. The manager stepped up and she was amazing. She literally guided us through the storm. We got beautiful suits. The lady that does the alterations is an absolute genius. She knows her craft better than anyone I’ve seen. Thank you thank you! Funny enough the guy who came in just after us was in a bigger bind because of the same company we’d been dealing and the manager handled his situation as well. Super pleased super impressed.

My husband and I visited this location for the first time a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience working with Melissa W. My husband was shopping for a suit to wear for our 20 year vow renewal and we had no idea what to expect walking in. Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful. She focused on my husband's positive features which really lifted him up and made him feel good about himself, rather than pointing out areas he was self conscious about. She managed to point my husband to the perfect suit within minutes and we were in and out within about 30 minutes. Another thing that impressed me was that when we visited, we went because the 1905 line was on sale. Melissa did not try and talk us into a more expensive line. We will absolutely return in the future when my husband needs another suit and I hope Melissa is still there!

My husband bought his wedding tux here and was very pleased with the outcome. You can tell the manager takes pride in her work and goes out of her way to ensure her customers walk away with a great fitting suit. She personally assisted us in ensuring everything fit perfectly, including overseeing the alterations.

My husband and I was so IMPRESSED with our customer service today. Melissa was an amazing sales person and gave us SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We walked in the store and she asked us if we needed help. I told her we are looking for a suit, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary next month. I mentioned we have purchased suits at this store before. Melissa suggested a blue suit from our previous purchases. I asked her how long she has been working for the company and said 6 weeks. WOW!! LOOKING FOR A SUIT. I recommend to stop by and visit with Melissa and Ms. Ann the tailor.

Easily accessible, and consistent quality service and workmanship from every employee I interacted with. Rented a suit for a wedding. Price was competitive. And special shout out to the manager Justine who, aside from being an overall delight, understood and helped waive my late fee for the suit return. Cheers y’all! This time she said yes!

My husband and I went into the Jos A Bank today. The experience from walking in the door to leaving was EXCELLENT! Chris C. assisted my husband for a suit and walked him through what to expect from measurements to the kind of suit and pants and how they would fit. Chris let us know he could help us however we needed. And of course we wanted help in every step of the process and we were so impressed. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you Chris C. I worked with Jonathan while I was there and it was a great experience. Jonathan was super patient and was dedicated to working with me. It was super nice that every time I came out of the dressing room he was ready to check the fit or mark alterations. I came in on a sale weekend, which made my trip a steal as I was able to get a nice suit and alterations for less than $200, while also receiving a personalized shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back because of customer service. You feel like a Lexus customer when you walk in here, helped as soon as possible and with high quality.

I do not buy suits very often (okay never), but I needed one for a wedding. I did not enjoy my experience driving around to different places in the mall and at the outlets. But I finally wandered into Jos A Bank in the Arboretum. Terrin provided outstanding and professional service! He said he only recently started working there, but he seemed like a seasoned pro. The prices were great. Maybe it was just a really good sale, but I got out of there with a suit and a sports coat for just over $200. Thank you, Terrin, for all your help!

The manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the whole process of trying on suits went very smoothly and went a lot quicker than I expected. Good deals and high quality products. I appreciated the wide selection of both suits and ties and the employees' willingness to help me find the right size. I'll make this my go-to one stop shop for any future suit needs.

Melissa Wong needs a raise!!! She was so helpful today getting my husband an outfit for a wedding we are attending soon. She was very kind and knowledgable. Also, they have an amazing clearance section right now. We got a $400+ suit coat for only $49!

This was the best suit store I've ever been to. We needed help picking out the clothes for our wedding party, and we got way more than that.

We were helped immediately when we got into the store, and they solved the problem of the wedding party being scattered around the country with ease.

I now have a killer suit for my wedding, and my groomsmen have an insanely good looking complimentary setup that both looks better than the usual rented getup and somehow manages to be cheaper than most rented ones.

These guys are top notch.

I love Joseph A. Bank. This time it was a little different. I Know everyone is struggling for employees and training of employees.

I waited a week longer on a miscommunication of when my clothes has arrived. Not a huge deal, but something usually not missed by the brand. Still love the clothes, love the fit. Always would recommend.

The assistant manager, Jonathan Sterling was FANTASTIC, he made my shopping experience easy, fast and provided me the best options for my budget. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends and family members. He is one of the best in the industry. The store was clean, well organized and a great experience. He provided me the best options for my budget and mixed and matched active promotions. Saved over $1,100 on two suits.

I got a great deal on a suit there during a sale event, there was an issue with the suit being tailored on time, but Chris the store manager went above and beyond to make the situation right and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new suit.
