T.J. Maxx

While the clothing and jewelry pickings have appeared to slim down since Covid, there is always something you nab here. I never buy luggage anywhere else, for example. That department is incredible as far as the options and styles they have for the prices.

Staff has always been very friendly and helpful and some workers I have seen there for over 5 years.

Wish they had a place to leave carts in the lot instead of walking them all the way back. That is rough on moms putting kids in the car when it is hot. Or pets.

I like to go to T.J. Max for good prices. If you search you can find some good value staff. My daughter-in-law and grandbaby and I went to one in San Franchesca also. Both shops are good.

Had everything I wanted. Nice clean store.

Personally my favorite store!! But every time I go, I go broke lol. Very clean friendly staff and omg the makeup section 😍 I've gotten lots of cute cardigans and clothes for my husband 😍 💕 ☺ I've gotten some jewelry for my mom and gifts for family members ❤

Clean store, found what I needed. Had to talk myself out of a Hello Kitty LED light mirror 🤣🤦🏽‍♀

This location was very thin in the kitchen dept things today, not sure why. I did find a few things that covered gift ideas though. I love TJ Maxx, they always have new things I can buy for my kitchen or gifts for family kitchens.

Been back many times and still the kitchen gadget hanging section is super small.

Great store, okay prices, but well organized. Not trashed like other stores like Ross

Love this location! They always have new arrivals and a really diverse selection for every family member. The staff is usually short staffed but they maintain such wonderful attitudes ❤

You’re bound to find treasure every time you stop here. Can’t beat the prices. Service here is great too. We couldn’t find a price on an item and they helped us get a great price. Normally I don’t expect great service at these types of stores, so I was very impressed.

My 12 year old has grown 2 inches since the pandemic started and none of her clothes fit. Went 2 places today, and the only one that made me feel comfortable was TJMaxx. They were only allowing 85 people in the store at a time, and had many measures in place to enforce the 6 foot social distancing. I won't go anywhere that doesn't have similar things in place again until we have a vaccine. Thank you TJMaxx!!

Liz assisted us today at the TJMAXX off of Great Hills Trail and she was beyond excellent with her customer service. Not only did she provide us with the help that we needed, she went above and beyond making our experience special. We could not have been happier with her tremendous customer service, and will happily be back to that TJ Maxx.

This is not a particularly big TJ Maxx. They have all the usual big box store stuff. You can find some great room decorating item here. Plenty parking. Employees are very nice.

It's hard not finding something wonderful in T.J.Maxx. The prices are so competitive you can easily fill your basket with name brand items and save hundreds of dollars compared to most department stores and even discount stores.

I was shopping with a friend and we saw a dress in a high end department store selling for the full retail price on the same day we saw it discounted by more than 50% at T.J. Maxx. She was finally sold on this place like I've been for so many years.

I've come back time and time again to purchase jewelry as gifts from the Arboretum store. The only reason I shop at this location is the sweet lady (I think her name is Jana?) who works in jewelry. She is knowledgeable and efficient and I've never experienced such wonderful customer service anywhere in Austin as I've received from her. Perhaps you should think about cloning her. She's fantastic!

This place is a great one to get gifts or redecorate your home, stuff aren't expensive is just a regular price and they have lots of stuff of any kind. Employees are usually kind and respectful and that's make your experience even better

I called and got Bonnie P. She went out of her way to look for a basket I was looking for. Since I live out of town, I asked her to hold it until the next day. When I got there she was very pleasant and helpful. Appreciate the extra effort Bonnie!!

You can always find something cool here, many times I don't expect things to be there but yet they are. Love their cooking supplies. :)

I'm giving this TJ Maxx 5 stars thanks to the fact that I was able to buy a Le Creuset enameled cast iron dutch oven for way below retail price. These guys are the best.
