Anderson Gutierrez, is very kind and energetic, he helped me while I waited for a withdrawal of 3K. He went above and beyond the standards I’ve usually seen. Been with woodforest for years and he provided a quick and professional service. He emailed many managers and other personal to get my approval. And it’s almost 5:30 been here since 5 and he got it done very quickly, best service I’ve had in years with this bank. Special thanks to him and his help getting me a new vehicle.👍

Annette Anderson was awesome! She personally made all the adjustments for an issue that my card had with the app and she went above and beyond looking up on the system and made calls to resolve the issues. We need more people like her that go above and beyond!

Annette is awesome! I was in a panic. My card declined for a ride with Uber and Lyft. I didn't know why. And I was stuck. It was after 6pm and the 800 number customer service had already left for the day. I looked online and saw that the Marsh Lane branch is open until 7pm. I didn't think anyone would answer but Annette did. After some verification questions, she found the problem (there was a hold due to an unusual charge that I was unaware of). She had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and I was able to get my ride home. She was courteous, professional, and obviously care about me as a customer. We need more people like her working in the public. Thanks again, Annette!

I visited Wood Forest Bank in Dallas Texas from the state of Arizona. I needed assistance with a notary and came in contact with the manager Annette who stated no one was available for notary at the present time. Ms. Annette was extremely helpful, professional as well as customer service friendly. Unfamiliar with other banking locations, Ms. Annette offered other banking information to me. She printed out directions as well as phone numbers to assist me with my available notary search. I truly want to give Ms. Annette the recognition that is so deserving of her.
