Is the purchasing and trying on and potentially exchanging if you don't like the shoes amazing? Even more so yes
Is parking easy? Absolutely not, but that's what you get on SoCo.
The shoes in the service make it worth it though

One of only 17 stores on the world . Each location carries a limited edition shoe that is unique to the location. I am in love with my first pair ever. I feel like I’m walking on clouds. You can even change the shoelaces out if you so desire.

Britany , the sales associate was a very knowledgeable and professional in her interactions. She made suggestions and was extremely helpful, and worked with me till I was happy with my choice.

Travis at all birds was amazing , great customer service , local Texan, attention to detail , helped me through the whole process while at the store. Will be back for the amazing service and product

This is my first pair of Allbirds and I absolutely love them. They are the most comfortable shoes to wear without socks. I will definitely buy another pair in the future

I had to return some and exchange some pairs. Everyone was very helpful in the process and helped me get the right size. Store was very neat. Their shoes are very comfortable. I'm very pleased with everything!

Really friendly and helpful staff! The guy who greeted us took time to explain their shoes and how the store is organized, which we greatly appreciated. Very polite and friendly, and cool shoes too!

I'd been wanting to stop at this store ever since I heard they had one in Austin. Finally got a chance to today.

It's a really nice, clean store. The very nice and knowledgeable young lady, Rennie was very helpful. She knew all about her product and wasn't pushy or overbearing.

After looking around I found a pair I liked, she let me try them on and I bought them, my second pair of Allbirds. These are very unique, lightweight and comfortable shoes. I got a free pair of extra laces as well as a beautiful shopping bag to carry them in. If you've never tried a pair of these, I highly recommend them.

I went to the South Congress store to complete a gift exchange. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was not too hard to find. Loved the shoes.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. The sales associate who helped me was so patient and happy to let me try on several different styles, sizes, and colors.

Because the tennis shoes I really wanted only come in whole sizes, I wasn’t sure if they’d work out once I wore them a few times. He told me to go home, wear them for awhile, and bring them back if they didn’t work out.

I ended up returning them (but kept the flats, which they offer half sizes for, and are by FAR the best flat I’ve ever owned). Returning them was a breeze. They didn’t mind that they were worn, and easily looked up my receipt with my email to find my info and return the money to my card.

I’ll be back!

Excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted when I came in, and found what I was looking for pretty quickly.
Unfortunately they didn't have the exact color shoes I was looking for in stock, but I still left happy with my second choice of color. Would definitely recommend!

I really love Allbirds shoes and ever since the store has opened, I prefer going in person to buy them rather than purchasing online. Their customer service is excellent. I especially appreciate that they let me exchange a pair recently after I was a few days past the 30 day return policy. I will continue to buy not only because they are the most comfortable shoes, but also because the customer experience is exceptional!

Love this shop, love this brand, love these people. If you snag a pair in store, they'll throw in an extra pair of laces for you as well, but either way you owe it to yourself to at least try on a pair. I think you'll have a hard time saying no once you feel their fuzzy footwear hugging your feet, it's quite the treat.

Stopped in today because I'd considered purchasing a pair of these shoes. The customer service was absolutely excellent, the woman I spoke with had great recommendations and insight into the products, and the whole staff was very friendly. Excellent experience.

My spouse and I had an amazing experience. We stopped at the store on Monday, March 1 around 1:30pm. The two team members were kind, informative and helpful.
We love Allbirds and we are so grateful to have a store in our city!

Morgan was so helpful! I brought my mom to exchange a pair of runners because she was not happy with the color I picked for her. Anyways Morgan went back and forth above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and attended too all while still helping out other people. Everybody here is super helpful and nice. Thank you again Morgan my mom loves her new runners!

The shoes are worth every dollar. Good quality, nice look, machine washable, sustainably made, and above all, super comfortable. Service is always friendly and helpful. Check out the rarebirds on the back wall for designs exclusive to the Austin store.

Michaela, the manager, was absolutely amazing. Not only did she convince me to buy things i know i didn't need, but she went above and beyond in offering me options and ideas. I already LOVE all birds and the shoes are amazing. But this store made my day.
