Everlane

This was, by far, the best shopping experience I’ve ever had in a clothing store. Ontario was incredibly helpful and insightful in helping me find the perfect jeans and fit for my body type. This was also my first in store visit. It did not disappoint. The quality of their jeans is top notch. Worth every penny.

Every time I come to town stopping at this store is a MUST! Someone always greets me when I walk in. The customer service is always nice! Tye was AMAZING! He was such a big help with offering suggestions and breaking things down to a science where I could understand when it came to the different types and fits of the jeans.

I was also surprised Tye remembered me when I came to the store for the first time two years ago. He even remembered Aquila assisted me (our names are similar). He was just as AMAZING back then.

My mom and I had an amazing shopping experience at the Everlane in Austin. Shout out to Farah for helping me find perfectly fitting jeans! She kept checking in on me, helping me with sizing. It’s employees like Farah I look forward to when I shop in person. If you’re in the Austin area, definitely check them out!

I had the most delightful and pleasant experience this weekend visiting the Austin Everlane store! The employees felt more like stylists than anything, and Ontario and Jordan are quite literally the denim whisperers (they literally were able to identify my PERFECT pair of jeans that I'll be purchasing this fall).

It was a level of attention and customer service I have seldom experienced, and I am already planning my fall clothing budget around Everlane so that I can be styled by them!

I’ve been to this Everlane several times over the last few years. When it first opened, the store wasn’t much to write home about. However, I visited this past weekend and had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in years.

I was in need of a wardrobe overhaul and the staff at the S. Congress location were literal angels. Ontario specifically helped me to find the best clothes that fit my body type, and gave me suggestions on various ways to build a capsule wardrobe with my unique shape. The staff were all so friendly, encouraging, and celebratory when I found items that I loved. I typically despise shopping, and the staff at this Everlane location made it so FUN. Y’all are doing it right!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this location! I do not live in Austin (or even in Texas) but a relative does and sometimes they go get items for me in store instead of online. I called yesterday about an item that wasn’t available online and the lady not only walked through the specific item(s) I was looking for but was able to order it and ship it to my out of state location! Absolutely love Everlane but their staff is one of the best parts of this company.

The staff here is unmatched. Always feel like a celebrity with the level of customer service. So friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Give them all a raise.

Had a great experience in the store yesterday! I love Everlane and often shop with them online. But I decided to go in to shop for some jeans since there are some new styles and I wasn't sure what would be the right fit. The whole team was SO helpful and fun. They asked me questions about what I wanted and had me try on different pairs until I found the one! I feel super confident in the new style and can't wait to go back and shop with them.

Shopping for jeans can be a bummer. Shopping for jeans at Everlane on S.Congress is not. I went in sure of what jeans I wanted and left with a completely different and perfect pair I had not even considered. Everyone was SUPER helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell, and no pushy at all. I pictured myself leaving disappointed and in tears but left smiling and clutching a pair of perfect jeans. Thanks, y’all!

I had the loveliest shopping experience here yesterday (7/22 in the morning). The two ladies who were there were so friendly and helpful. They did all the “right things” from a clothing store perspective but did it with the most pleasant attitude and grace. They had big smiles on their faces and really seemed to be enjoying their job and interacting with customers. It’s not something you see a lot these days with the heat and burnout everyone is experiencing. I got the oversized linen tops I went looking for and a cute set I was not expecting to purchase, but I also left with a smile on my face too. Thank you to those ladies for lifting me up a little higher yesterday. You went above and beyond and were appreciated.

They helped me find my perfect jean after a year of not wearing any. I felt a little self conscious since my original size no longer fit. The sales associate was so helpful and brought me multiple pairs until I found the perfect size and fit. Such friendly staff and great quality items!

Just visited my first Everlane store and had the best experience! I usually like to shop in solitude and get anxious when sales reps approach me, but I want to give a shout-out to the best sales associate ever, Jordan! She is super sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! She gave me such great tips with sizing and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much, Jordan! :)

Went to the store on July 28, I had the most wonderful experience. As I had never been to an everlane store before and was figuring out my sizing, the women who helped me were incredible, they were patient and kind and very helpful with helping me find the right fit.
