The absolute worst. The judge told the clerk to wait ten days to be given my affidavit of indigence for community service. Called after the ten days and told that was my timeline to turn in the paper work for community service, now I have to write a letter to the judge as well… all the while I’m supposed to get this paperwork notarized. My first day off I’m reading that no I can’t use any notary I have to go to them for them to notarize it…. Ricardo Bautista also mentioned to bring the paperwork filled out already however my experience is you’re supposed to fill it out in front of the notary… guess who isn’t answering their phone even though they’ve been open for an hour?
