Garland Independent Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for almost 1 yr now. It will be 1 yr on July 9th 2020. They are so nice and fast they know us by name and they are very respectful. I was having trouble getting my foster daughter meds straight the pharmacy help me with that. My sons Medicaid was not working they helped me fix that too. Love these guys. Thanks for your hard work.

I love this pharmacy. Pharmacist is very helpful. I had difficulties with an auth and he was great about it.
IRENE (staff) is very rude. I had a med waiting for me that was already picked up from another location. As I asked her questions as to whether or not that had been picked up because I was currently already taking it .. she became quick and rude. She hung up on me.
I was trying to figure out if the wrong med was given to me since she said it was still there. She hung up on me! Unprofessional. Doesn’t belong there. Pharmacists are great.

I have used several pharmacies since I moved to the area four years ago. After several issues with each one I tried Garland Independent and in the two and a half years I have used them I have NEVER had any issues with them. I am completely satisfied with their service and willingness to go above and beyond to meet any specific needs I have had! No matter the problem they will do everything they can to help find a solution.

Top-notch service! Staff are always kind and incredibly helpful. I have asked all my prescriptions to be sent here since I first started using them three plus years ago and the service remains top tier.

My daughter needed a specific antibiotic for a condition that needed to be treated quickly. No pharmacy had this antibiotic but, of course, could order it for sometime the next day. They did not stock it. I decided to call Garland Independent and they had it! I was assisted and prescription was filled in less than 10 minutes, even running it through the insurance. Thank you Garland Independent Pharmacy! You rock!

The Staff are very nice and very helpful I have been going here for over 10 yrs Definitely a pleasant place to pick up medicine as well as vitamins and other head needs.

When I first moved to Texas I wanted to find a pharmacy that wasn't part of the "Big Box" conglomerate. That's when I met the staff at Garland Pharmacy. It's everything the big box isn't, they actually care about the people who come into their store.

Great Pharmacy. They always have my medicine filled quickly. They are really good to all there customers.

These guys are great to deal with,been with them since 2011 and always get what I want and need.Mark or any of the pharmacist there take the time to explain the drugs you are getting and possible alternative generics that could also be used if what you are getting is not being effective.This is why I do not use Walmart,Walgreens or CVS.Even Consumer Reports rates independent pharmacies number 1 in customer satisfaction.Help keep these guys around,we need places like this.

I always have issues with my insurance every month get them to pay and i pay upfront they always return my money back or if he doesnt have all the meds give me enough untill they get the whole amount i need great people refills them quick not like walgreens take rhem 4 to 5 hours to fill one scripe these guys in 5 minutes

Great customer service. Mark went above and beyond for me today. Far more than any cvs or Walmart pharmacy has done.
