Great ambiance, indoor/outdoor seating. The flavors were varied and excellent. Staff took care of us and other customers. Over 21 adult menu was exceptional. Stop in and try for a wonderful experience!

Possibly the best ice cream in south Texas! Limoncello, vanilla, and Whiskey Bacon were each the best of their flavor I've had! So good! If you're anywhere close you need to stop in!

Parker's Ice Cream is a hidden gem in Fair Oaks Ranch. The ice cream is made fresh daily with all-natural ingredients, and the flavors are simply amazing. I especially love the Cookie Monster flavor, which is made with real Oreos and chocolate chips.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for families. There's a large patio area with plenty of seating, and the views of the surrounding hills are beautiful.

Parker's Ice Cream is also a veteran-owned business, which I really appreciate. I'm always happy to support local businesses that are owned by our community leaders.

Visiting from Ohio. A real gem and unique ice cream / bar. Cookie monster is a MUST try. Samoa was incredibly delicious with chunks of girl scout cookies too. My in- laws love coming here and said the ice cream they make themselves, keeps improving. Next time I'd like to try one of the 21+ flavors :)

Soooo, super delicious ice cream, oh so creamy and spot on flavour wise! And....the neatest part?? The colorful cones! How fun 🥳 great place to take family and friends!

The pumpkin spice flavor is absolutely delicious they are military friendly to. My girlfriend got the strawberry and it was great, didn't taste fake at all and had real strawberrys in it!

What a hidden gem, in beautiful Fair oaks! The adult ice cream is amazing and the kids loved their chocolate and strawberry ice cream. The ice cream shop is located in a great location, where we can go to a nearby park and then enjoy a frozen treat afterwards. Will definitely be returning!

My parents are visiting from out of state and we stopped by for a quick ice cream detour and my dad ordered this Orange Ice Cream float which disappeared faster than it took to make it.

Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. We were passing by after a nice drive and looking for an ice cream shop. I’m glad we managed to find this place. Do yourself a favor and get some ice cream here. The nutella & graham cracker flavor is excellent! My fiancée got the mint chocolate chip and loved it!
