John was great to work with, we started looking from out of town. When we first came to visit Dallas, John took us around and gave us a very good orientation to area. He helped us with a rental when we needed to move but we’re not ready to buy. He smoothed out some of the moving details and helped us buy the house as soon as we were ready. We would certainly use his services again.

Wow - where do I start with John! From the beginning John was clear, communicative, prompt, and ever-so knowledgeable! He knows the area like the back of his hand. Even better, he gets to know his clients even more. After a few weeks of touring DFW, John made a recommendation that we’d like McKinney. Within a week, we found the one! John told us exactly what we needed to offer to win and we beat out 48 other offers, on our first try! If you know this market, you know that’s unheard of. John was professional all throughout the way and never hesitated to answer our questions. Along the way, John became a trusted partner and friend. I’d worked with him again and again! Some close friends referred me to John and I am thankful they did. I relocated to Dallas in the spring of 2020 (right when the pandemic hit) so things were already stressful on top of the typical house buying process. John was always very responsive and helpful with answering my questions and following up with the other realtor, lender etc. He also recommended a great company when a new roof was needed on my new home.
