A wonderful college where I spent the best two years of my life. The buildings are also equipped. There is a large pool in the middle of the college. Lots of places to study, sit or just relax. There are places to buy coffee or food. There is also a free car park for all students and visitors. It is considered a scientific monument to the city of Dallas

I am learning in here and I really love the school. My professors are very nice and friendly. They usually response to my emails in a very shot time. Students in here are from all over the world , they come here to study and helped to built this school to be great.

Richland College offers a High School Collegiate program that is now at its 10th year. My son was recently accepted and I went there to meet with the counselor and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the campus as well as its size. I did not realize how large the campus is and yet I pass it daily enroute to work.

My meeting with the counselor was very informative as the counselor was thorough and very detailed with all the information we needed to know. It put me at ease.

Then as we walked around, we walked under trees which provided lots of shade. The only thing I noticed though is at the parking lot we were at, there was very little shade. Something to keep in mind for the hot summers.

The campus is very easy to access from the Eastbound lane of Walnut or the Northbound lane of Abrams. I've never really been to a JuCo but after seeing Richland's campus and meeting with some of the staff, my perspective has changed on how I see JuCos.

It's a nice layout. It's efficient and one of the cheapest institutions of higher education. With that being said for my gi bill recipients. Check your courses because the counselor don't know and will just rush you out to collect a paycheck. Make sure they are in your degree program and check with the va office. I had major problems with this. Just a disclaimer. Doesn't take away from the school. I just want you guys to be aware and not just take what they say and leave it. Other than that it's a great experience. I love all the educators I have. I feel like they really care and they are easy to talk to. That says alot because I'm an a hole and hard to be around. They always make me feel welcomed and don't make me feel dumb for being so old taking 1st year classes. Good experience all around.

I love Richland! I have been going here for a little over 2 years and I have to say this school has helped me in tremendous ways. They have great tutoring resources such as the math corner, writing lab, and the science corner. They Professors really care about their students and they have great advisors too. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone.

I am returning to school after being away for over a decade. So many things have changed from back then. I was able to meet with Admissions and a Counselor which helped me so much in this new process. Very helpful staff.

Great diverse atmosphere. Love being here. The classes. The teachers. The campus is great compared to other community colleges in Dallas - this is the largest one with more of the university with 18 buildings rather then the high school feel. You will love attending here.

Great school with great instructors. It's really easy to get one on one time with the professors, despite their busy schedules. I went through the Manufacturing program and there is much to learn. This program only scratches the surface of what manufacturing is, but it is a great start and prepares you with a good foundation. Students are heavily recruited for jobs and schools out of Richland. I've moved on to Tarleton State University (online campus), but do miss many of my professors. The only issue I've had with this school is through administration. As an out of state veteran, I had to pay out of pocket because the VA (post 9-11 GI bill) only pays in state tuition. Richland has a policy that if you intend to permantly reside in the state and have established a home, you do not have to wait the full year to pay in state tuition. I was unaware of this policy until after I fulfilled the time requirement to become a Texas resident. I can't really blame the school for me not doing my research though. Veterans take note!

I can't comment on the quality of the education available here, but the campus is absolutely top notch for Pokemon Go. Lots of pokestops, great paths, interesting surroundings, no cars.

I took dual credit classes here in high school, I took summer classes here every year that I was in undergrad to save some money. The teachers and staff are helpful whether you take classes online or on campus. Every now and then you'll find ducks walking around too :)

Got my Associates in Business Administration. Nice size community college. Diversity with over eighty nations being represented by school. Good selection of degree offerings. Friendly staff throughout the school, including all Library personal. Transferred to the University of Texas at Dallas after graduating from Richland. GO THUNDERDUCKS!

Really enjoyed my time at Richland. Received my associates and moved onto UNT. I think I like Richland more. The teachers are definitely better at Richland, more personable and more interested in what they're teaching. I highly recommend this school. Dallas county is also a lot cheaper than the surrounding counties such as Collin and especially Denton county. You cannot go wrong with Richland, period.

Richland College is a great community college, which at one point won the Malcolm Bridge Award, an award typically awarded to Universities only - which goes to show what a great community college it is. I earned many credits here that were credited towards my bachelors degree at a university - which saved me money, and with the same level of education. The campus feels like the United Nations due to the extreme diversity of students, and the professors come from many different backgrounds. I highly recommend anyone to attend this college whether they plan on attending a university later on, or whether they want to take any random courses for self-development/improvement.

I wish my current school, UTD, was like Richland. Richland had everything; enthusiastic student clubs, diligent professors, and I always felt like the sky was the limit. Even received my first internship just from having graduated from Richland. Take it from me- you will never have as good of an academic experience in life as you will from Richland.
