I Love my Dentist and the staff. They are all great and caring. Tells you the truth about your mouth. Doesn't do or suggest unnecessary procedures for your teeth or dental work. Gives you options on how to correct or fix. They know me and my family by name and sight which is very rewarding because it's nice to be recognized upon entrance. Dr. Owen’s is excellent in explaining procedures recommending a plan for action and it’s expectations. Optima staff have been very welcoming and have made sure I have been comfortable. Staff will work with you over the phone, I changed insurance and the transition of the insurance was smooth without any issues.

Fair pricing and Honest diagnoses, checked in on time and doctor saw me right away , didn’t try to up sell me anything, vs the other place that I went , they had told me that I have a gum disease and I needed 4 fillings, doctor said I have no issues and they did the cleaning and I was out in 30 minutes.

Due to a bad experience with a front desk employee I decided I won’t be back to this clinic but putting this issue aside the Drs are excellent.
