I have been leasing here for a few years now and the customer service was just ok and basic. But now who ever took over and who ever is staffed there now is doing amazing. They make me feel like family. And already know my voice and are always happy to hear from me. And despite it effecting their numbers, cause I’m sure it does. When I am unable to pay on time or have to make partial payments due to life always happening. They NEVER make me feel bad. They always can relate and provide empathy. And reassure me it is not a problem. I work in customer service and have for over 20 years it’s not an easy job and sometimes over looked. And so I appreciate amazing customer service. It’s everything to me This store needs to be celebrated. And let them know it was me who wanted them celebrated. Thank you thank you thank you. And to be specific it is Randy who’s amazing and there is another female or female voice that has assisted me and she was amazing as well!

Andy sold me my recliner and was extremely helpful and polite, I'm confined to a wheelchair so he was able to do all our business over the phone. I would definitely recommend working with Andy.

After a few years I decided to come back and check this store out again, as my first time doing business was not very pleasant. As you walk in, it felt like a whole new place. You can definitely tell John takes pride at what he does. I was amazed at how clean and welcoming this place is. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

The people at this location are awesome, I've been renting a PC from them for a little over a year now and every time I have an issue they are more than happy to work out a resolution with me on MY TIME! The only issues I've had are misunderstandings or miscommunication all of which have been rectified quickly and professionally.

The manager is the best, he honestly shows that he would rather work with you than take the rental back, he has shown me understanding and respect I would not expect from any business nowadays and for that I say keep up the wonderful work!

John is a top rate manager that is both personable and customer oriented. He works well with his staff John, John, and John. One of those is actually a Joseph. There teamwork makes for a super pleasant experience at this Aaron's, and I've been buying from them for 30 + years. I highly recommend them for all of your home furnishing needs.

Update on furniture, it finally arrived! Beautiful, but the arm of the couch was damaged, so the couch has to get replaced, (two weeks wait for that),but over all it's a beautiful set. The recliner is very nice and the color is pretty. Just hope the couch situation works out.

My husband and I have worked with the staff in this Arrons for over 6 years. We live at least 2 hours from this location and before we try another location we will drive to them because they know what's up and we trust them.
