Li's Chinese Kitchen

My family's favorite Chinese restaurant closed a while ago. We've been looking for a new place, and have now found it. Li's has great food at a good price and a cute, clean dining area. If you haven't eaten here make sure to come try it.

We called in a togo order this evening.

Combination Egg Foo Young & Beef Fried Rice, it was all good... everything was piping hot when we got home so that's was really nice! Very generous portions, and a huge serving of sauce for the Egg Foo Young. The food was a little too heavy & greasy, but still good. I didn't want to dock an overall star but would've done a 4.5.

It took about 30 minutes total from when we called, drove parked & sat for our food to be ready. No complaints, the nice thing is they call you when your good is ready so you don't have to keep checking in. The staff is nice, they've always been nice (been here a few times). It was almost closing, quite a few to go orders. The place was also clean, had we gotten there earlier we would've eaten there.

My wife and I were so hungry. The food was so delicious. I forgot to take photos before we ate. I will add them next time. There will be more orders from us for sure.

We like to compare various restaurants with the same dishes. My wife ordered General Tso’s Chicken. I ordered Happy Family. These are our two favorite dishes from China Island. We received a bonus: Fried Egg Roll.

So how do they compare? The outstanding impression was this one tasted homemade. In what way? Each piece of meat was tender. The coating on General Tso’s Chicken can be over-caramelized. This can make the chicken harder to chew. Not so from Li’s. The coating was silky yet flavorful. The Happy Family had assorted kinds of meat. Everything was tender.

The vegetables were fresh and prepared to perfection. My wife said even the bamboo shoots were superb. The vegetable pieces were smaller. Much easier to eat. More labor for the kitchen.

The Fried Egg rolls were fresh and delicious. They are not our favorites, but these were addictive.

Besides the food quality, Li’s is closer to us than China Island. The drive is so short. We don’t need delivery.

The only negative I found was their website. Ordering online, it repeated a dish by accident. Then I noticed the website was using older Java web technology.

Hurrah! A new favorite for Chinese food I recommend Li’s Chinese Kitchen.

I ordered online again without any problems this time.

I tried the Singaporean Mei Fun. I wasn't a fan. Two other local places that offered it were better. But the General Tso's Chicken was still outstanding. I'll try more from their menu.

First time at this restaurant, definitely better than other places I’ve tried before. I like that the veggies are fresh and not frozen like some other places, definitely the quality food gets 5/5 stars. My husband and I tried general TSO chicken and kung pao chicken. Both were tasty!

Dang everything was sooooo good. This is exactly what I'm wanting when I'm craving Chinese food. I'm only so sad I don't live nearby but if I'm ever in the area again this will be a go-to!

My favorite place for sure! I have tried many dishes and all have been great! We like the option of ordering right online and picking up. Always great service and hot food!

Love this place!! Not only do we order regularly but so does our family and co-workers. Portions are great and the taste is the best we have found!!

The lady is so nice and accommodating we had a family of six and gave us free egg rolls ❤ I've gone there 2 times prior for takeout, and food and service were still top-tier 🤌✨

The food is so good and fairly priced. Don't go on a Tuesday, though, as they are closed. Found that out the wrong way.

We ordered for the 1st time tonight and the food was great! We had a pick up delay on our end so we called to tell them. They were cool and I told them I'd call back when we were back in route. We called to let them know we had arrived, and our food was brought out in seconds. Got home and our food was still nice and hot. Thanks for your service during this stressful time, we will return!

Food: They have 2 classic Hong Kong dishes - Singapore Mei Fun and pineapple chicken fried rice. Both delicious 😋. They have other American style Chinese food as well, and they are tasty.

Service: Food came out quickly and service was great! The server was very nice.

Atmosphere: Great for families with kids.

Very good take out plus they have sushi. So win win. Always taste great the past few times just started going here. But have not been disappointed at all.

Awesome place! I see why they have such great ratings. The orange chicken was the perfect blend of crispy and sweet and the steamed rice and egg rolls were exceptional!

My favorite fried rice, best service. Amazing portions you will not be hungry for a while after eating here. Super delicious and quickness !

The food is excellent! We know this because our family orders food from here at least two to three times a week and we do not plan to stop anytime soon. We keep coming back for more. Great quality. Portion size is great too. All aspects of the food is always consistent! Thank you Li’s Kitchen for making such great food.

These guys have the best pot-stickers I've ever eaten! Not only do they taste good but they are incredibly affordable!

Hello to my fellow locals. Please visit Li's Kitchen if you want an amazing comfort Asian home cooked meal. The owner is down to earth and very friendly. All orders are cooked fresh after ordering. The best Lo Mein in Mansfield. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Their delivery is also fast. Food comes fresh and hot,fresh from stove to plate.

Have always loved the honey chicken here, but oh my goodness! The egg foo young that we ordered tonight is now our hands down favorite! Great food! Great Prices! And the sweetest owner!
