This establishment is amazing. The customer service far exceeds expectations. This family owned business is outstanding. The owner, who is a veteran like myself, is an awesome guy. Along with his brother, who is an awesome guy as well. I recommend you go there first before you go anywhere else. They are dedicated to making sure you are well taken care of, and they will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

I recently bought a mattress here and it was the best choice I made! They were patient as I bounced on EVERY mattress, answered any questions I had and made the process as easy as possible. I got to take my free pillows home with me the same day and the mattress was delivered to me by the next week. I have been sleeping like an angel ever since!

Outstanding customer service! Craig is very knowledgeable and he went out of his ways to make sure we were completely satisfied with our mattress. No pressure whatsoever! We also purchased the adjustable base and pillows at a great price and we have been sleeping soundly, now that we have the mattress that fits our needs! The staff is very personable and genuinely friendly, we felt very comfortable putting our needs in their hands. We will come back for our next purchase!

We recently visited Family Mattress and Homestore for the first time. We were impressed by the knowledge and individualized service they provided to every customer that walked into the store. It was a pleasant surprise to learn about the Amish made furniture line they offer. Exceptional quality that will become heirloom pieces handed down for generations. We purchased Beautyrest mattresses, but true to their word they honored a sale provided by another retail outlet. This is the personalized service that makes them deserving of a 5+ star rating.

We had exceptional service in this store. Shawn actually listened to our needs and helped us buy exact mattresses our family needs. I never felt that "up-sale" pressure that I usually get in stores like this. Delivery was fast and professional. Thank you Shawn and Craig for getting our family settled into our new home!

My wife Laura and I went in to this store as first timers looking around for a Dining Table. They started by showing us the amazing Amish built Tables, but as soon as we explained to them that we were due with our first child and on a strict budget, they sat us down and personally worked with us to find something that we would love. They were very kind, not pushy, and truly cared about helping us with our need not just selling a product. If you are in Mansfield you MUST check them out but even if you are not, there is no better feeling than working with great people and supporting local business. We will definitely return for our future furniture needs. *Also- my wife works at Mouser Electronics in Mansfield and they do offer discount for those employees, which was very kind.*

My Husband and I just relocated to TX after retirement out of Army. I found this store and told my husband we needed to check them out. Mr. Shawn was such an awesome guy 😊. Very nice and passionate about being of help to us. We thank him for everything and we will be going back to buy from him again.

Update: My Husband and I really wanted one of the massage chairs they have in their store and they really went the extra mile to see to it we was able to purchase one at a really good discount due to being retired military. This place is awesome!

After going to Mattress Firm and Sleep Experts, my wife and I decided to try Family Mattress. They surpassed all of my expectations. We met Craig who was very friendly and courteous. They had great selection and high end products. I was shocked to find their prices are way less than other stores, without even trying to haggle.

Definitely a lifetime customer. Great to also support a local Mansfield, veteran-owned family business.

Couldn't be happier with our purchase from them. Absolutely wonderful customer service with a smile. When the furniture was delivered to our home, a mistake on the order on our behalf was made and they willingly, without questions took it back and returned with what we wanted. I have never come across such great service before and would without a doubt recommend them for any of your furniture needs!

Went into Family Mattress this week and my first thought was, Oh I can't afford anything. After doing some shopping around, they had the best prices for a good quality mattress that I could afford. My daughter Kateri and I have had the best sleep ever on our new mattresses. Plus the guys were great with there customer service. Thank you for making my day. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Customer service is his top priority he got us approved in mind and took the time with my wife and myself to find the perfect mattress and pillows with us. Friendly people, great service. They took the time to educate us about the different types of mattresses and which one would work best for us. Delivery was friendly and on time, made sure we were happy with our purchase before they left. Plus the hauled off the old mattress which is a great service and hard to find!!!

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my mattress. I went in with no intent to buy, my mother was looking for a pillow. Kasey B. assisted her by fitting her for a pillow. As I was trying out beds he showed me the best way to pick out a bed. He had me sold, before I even picked out my mattress, because he really cared about finding a comfortable mattress. He then helped find a mattress perfect for my budget and still give me a good night’s sleep. Only advice to give to future customers ask for a box spring if you need one. My mattress didn’t have one so now I am looking for a box spring. But still great service!!!

This place is amazing!!! I just recently bought some furniture here and Craig was outstanding. They have beautiful and high quality furniture and amazing people to help you find what you're looking for. Craig taught me about how a mattress isn't a mattress anymore. So in LOVE with my new mattress set! My man and I drove from Crowley TX to Mansfield TX after seeing a post on Facebook about the stores Grand Opening. We had such an amazing experience... no high pressure sales at all!! “Family” in the store’s name is fitting because that’s exactly how we felt! Craig is super knowledgeable and made something we thought would be stressful a fun time. In 1 weeks time we have visited the store twice and plan to do all our future home purchases here and I suggest you do the same!!
