This was my first time to ever shop at Belk. I was very surprised at how many things they had in my size. The nicest lady at the Estée Lauder counter helped me named Karen. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be shopping again at Belk.

Bought new jean jackets for myself and Sis,along with some shirts and scored some really good deals. Third shopping trip in as many weeks because Belks keeps sending me good deal alerts.

Fall is on the horizon. Amazing display featured. Time to get great deals at this store

Ms Jenna at the Estee Launder counter. Amazing lady. She was knowledgeable, quick, and matched me with the foundation for my skin. One of the best encounters I’ve ever had with a beauty consultant. She got a new loyal customer today.

During these stressful holidays and with little help to go around Kerrville Belk employees are doing a Great Job! They don't have to show up everyday but they do, even though they have families of their own and such. And yes it may be a mess in the store, but they do their best to keep things afloat and I see customers just throw stuff everywhere and leave trash on the floor which is ridiculous and then blames the employees. Belk shoppers DO BETTER!

Great customer service! One of the managers gave us a discount on our clothes because we would be missing clearance items bc we would be out of town. Will definitely return! Especially for their Thanksgiving clearance.

Young man who rang up my purchase was very kind, polite and helpful. He ensured that I got my holiday shopping discount as well. No pressure to open a store card which will bring me back!

Sweetest people work here and even though my order was wrong, they tried their best to fix.

Was at the Kerrville store on 4/16, New Braunfels store on 4/18 and back to Kerrville on 4/19. Each time had them check to see if I had an account. Finally, yesterday Karen at the Kerrville store set me up with a new account...thanks Karen!
