Michelle is the most incredible realtor we have worked with. My husband and I kind of knew what we wanted in a home and we both had some overlap but also some big differences. Michelle took the time to show us some places and really paid attention to our spoken thoughts to curate a new list of places that felt like home. She gave us so much of her time during our somewhat rushed timeline. She handled our concerns with kindness and candidness that really helped in our process. Despite everyone’s crazy schedules, we always felt that she prioritized us. She responded so fast to everything, handled any logistics or communications so well with the sellers agents, and our lender, and scheduled showings immediately. She did her due diligence at every home showing for disclosures and extra information and consistently went the extra mile. The time that she was out, Lisa stepped in and was just ON IT and didn’t skip a beat. Lisa helped tremendously with our tenant finding and background checking process and all the logistics around us becoming landlords. Without Lisa and Michelle we would have been completely lost and might have lost our dream home in the process.

Michelle was so great with our baby as well and kept him company while we spent extra time figuring things out at each showing. She became part of our family through this process and I highly recommend working with Michelle and the Lisa Little Team!

Lisa is AMAZING!!! We met Lisa a little over a year ago. Most would say we met by chance but we believe our paths were meant to cross. We were new to the area and renting a home, so planning ahead we started looking at houses that were listed in our neighborhood. Lisa was the listing agent of one of them and when we called to see the house she showed up within minutes to personally show us. That kind of customer service doesn't happen often, so we immediately new she was our person! Lisa continued showing us listings and listened to all of our likes and dislikes. She truly listened. After a few months of searching we made the decision to build a house and Lisa helped us with that long, crazy process. The level of service that Lisa provided us is unmatched and we are so grateful. We were not easy clients but Lisa made us feel like we were her priority. Finding your perfect home can be stressful but Lisa made it fun! We are forever grateful and highly recommend Lisa. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa. She rescued us from another realtor that was not doing the job we needed from day one. She helped us stage our house appropriately. She was in constant communication with us about everything. She marketed our house. She placed open house signs in the neighborhood. She promoted the open houses. Bottom line she got our house sold and the timing could not have worked out more perfectly. She is an amazing realtor and really knows her stuff.
