Mans Best Field Dog Park

Beautifully kept park for off-leash large and small dogs in respective fenced areas. Water fountains (turned off in winter), available waste bags, and human restrooms. Large old trees enhance the charming setting.

Great park! Lots of room and different paddocks for different sizes. Thankfully no kids under 12. I know it’s hard for some parents, but small children can easily be injured when dogs play. It’s a plus not having to deal with them. It’s pretty clean as well! People are nice and dogs are generally friendly!

Love this dog park. Large, well maintained and clean. 2 enclosures for small dogs and 2 for large dogs. It has shade, water fountains for dogs, poop bags and places to sit. Took our new dog here to help socialize and get some play. Very friendly dogs and owners. Our dog loves it.

The doggy bags provided are beyond quality 👌.

Great big park for small and big dogs! Has many seats with shade, dog watering stations, bags to pick up after dogs, and trash cans. Also has a water fountain for humans, and bathrooms. Can't bring treats or toys, but the parks are pretty large so your dog can do plenty of exploring and play with other dogs.

The dog park has ample parking for your car and friend when taking them here. Almost all of the times I been here, there were really only 3 or 4 other people here. The park has clean restrooms onsite also with a water fountain. There are 2 large dog parks for large dogs as well as 2 large parks for the small fellows as well. All 4 parks are covered with green luscious grass and just about a tree every 5 feet you walk. So please don't worry about not having shade because you're literally surrounded by the best shade there possibly is and the great open outdoors. All the parks have benches to sit at, as well as cement bricks for resting. There are multiple water fountains in each park, disbursing water from the bottom for your friend as well. They also have doggie bags and trash cans inside the parks too!

Every time I been here, all the dogs seemed properly behaved, and they definitely knew how to chase and play. I really enjoyed taking my best friend here and getting her all worked up outside and having fun while socializing with other companions. I'll definitely be back and become a regular here because Wooo Hooo, this is as good as it gets!

ONLY question- we arrived on a Tuesday mid day to an empty park. One sign in back area said dog park closed on Tuesday for maintenance???? Hope we didn’t crash the park???

This dog park is just what Mansfield needed. Lots of trees, hills, and even a small pond that can be viewed on the other side of the fence. Other great features are the water fountains at dog level, clear rules, and benches. The only thing I’d change is having more seating which could be nice when it’s hotter. We will be coming regularly! Wallace loved it.

Wonderful place to bring my dog to run, play, socialize. 4 different yards; 2 for small dogs under 35lbs, 2 for large dogs over 35lbs. TONS of room. The city keeps it up really well. Almost everyone follows the rules. Tons of opportunities for good puppy fun.

This park appears to still be a work in progress. Aside from that, it's a very nice dog park. The rules and regulations pertaining to this park are very reasonable and I'm grateful that it's here. They have several fountains for the dogs and their owners to use during their visit. They have warnings and notices regarding smaller dogs and bigger dogs that I'm sure a lot of folks don't even consider. Leashes are required from the parking lot to the dog runs. They discourage bringing toys, treats, beverages and food into the dog areas, which I can understand their concerns. Our Shepherd loved the freedom to run and play. The layout is really nice and we will be frequenting this location. Please follow their rules and pick up after yourselves and your pets, so that they keep this dog park open for everybody to enjoy.

Great Job Mansfield! I just wish owners would respect the work put into building this place, by 1) watching their dogs, and not their phones. 2) picking up after their dogs have done their business. Thank you again to the ones that provided this to us. just kinda wish there weren't so much shredded trees everywhere. maybe so it wouldn't be so muddy when it rained.

I've been taking my mini aussie here for a while now. I enjoy this one over the few other dog parks. It's a depend on which day you go or what time you go. The other fellow dog ppl that go. Leave politics & religion out of the dog park. Also, watch your dog when you go. My dog gets beat up by random aggressive dogs, and the owners leave them while they go to take care of errands (legit leave) or off on the phone.

Four very large and shady paddocks for your fur baby to enjoy. Fresh water for the dogs to drink in every paddock. Two paddocks are for small dogs and two for dogs 40lbs and over.

Best Place to Take your Dog with a big areas for The Dog Run or Do their stuff. And a Good are to Meet with other People and chatting with everyone on the area there Free Parking all the Facilities for Men or Women handy cap Parking and wheelchair ramps. + a Museum. Go and seek the area and Many Parks along Broad streets.

Love the people at this dog park. They are much more friendly then other dog parks. Park is fairly large with steep hills. Make sure to wear your tennis shoes. My dogs love it here. Bring water for your dogs with a reservoir to drink it with. I do wish parking lot was closer to the entrance.

Great dog park, good sized enclosures with decent terrain (not just flat). Well covered with trees for plenty of shade, and benches provided for relaxing.

This is a fantastic dog park with lots of room for the puppies and the big dogs. Separate areas are available for the smaller dogs medium and larger dogs.

They have water fountains available and lots of coverage with trees. We’ve taken our dog a few times and she loves it.

Wow, Mansfield did this right with two small and two large dog parks. Nice open areas with plenty of trees and large stones to sit on for the humans. Water fountains for the puppies at the gates and some for the humans outside the parks.. Not sure why all 4 are open at the same time though. Usually small/large park is open while the other is "recovering" from use, but overall great area! We'll be back for sure.
