Great location if you don’t want any line. No staff is here. You can speak with a representative through video conference. It is secured since you need a BOA card to enter.

The ATM is inside the first door, it's a nice place to get your BofA business done, even has a little bench inside.

Started going to this location after last location was absolutely bombarded with people, this location is the same way since Covid-19 began. I miss the quickness I had there before.

This location has no humans. It is Atm's and video conferencing only. The website does not point this out.

Such a useless bank! There’s no real humans within this bank to help you. Instead they have tablets where you speak to someone virtually and can’t really help you compared to someone being there in person . Majority of the tablets were broken or the cameras were broken. What’s the point of having a virtual bank when you could’ve done things online… don’t waste your time visiting this specific location.

Horrible experience. This video conferencing is useless. Was made sat there in a conference room and the operator didn’t return. Wasted my time waiting forever and there’s nothing you can do! Just use your ATM and go
