Nurse Practitioner Caroline Vickers is absolutely the best! She is so genuine and it truly shows. I have made major life changes for the better after meeting with her. I could not recommend her enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Byrd, since 2000 when I moved to Austin. In 2006, he started caring for my mom, as well. I truly appreciate the compassion he shows when dealing with my moms issues. He truly cares about his patients.
I also like that he gives it to me straight.

Dr. Byrd is terrific. He's friendly, knowledgable and goes the extra mile in terms of follow-up. His NP Caroline is great, too. I've lived up by The Domain since 2021 and still drive south for treatment.

Dr. Byrd is fantastic. He listens patiently, knows his stuff, and is deeply compassionate - everything you'd want in your doctor. In the 3+ years I've been going to him, he has come through every single time - urgent walk-ins, calling in prescriptions, advice on dosage etc. Usually calls back the same day. Probably among the best doctors I've had.

Dr. Byrd is fantastic. I moved down from Chicago and did not have a primary care doctor. I got sick (non covid) over the Holidays and Dr. Byrd and his team provided great care. I love how fast they are with prescriptions and getting specialists engaged. Tremendous care.

I've been seeing Dr. Byrd for 4 or 5 years. I can easily say he's the best doctor I've ever had. I've seen him on his cell with other specialists I work with, advocating for improvements/tweaks to my treatment when he doesn't think things are going well enough. He will dig and ask questions on medical issues in the kindest, most professional way until he truly understands the whole picture. When things were not going well for me, he's called me outside of scheduled appointment times to have conversations about an escalated treatment plan, gave me referrals, and listed all the next steps I could possibly take. He listens so deeply, considers my accessibility to treatment options while collaborating with me, and all decisions feel so informed and personalized. I trust him so much. I could come to him with anything and have full confidence he'd help me solve it.

I will say I've had some rough patches while talking to his office staff. I've had resistance during scheduling, when calling to pass along questions or paperwork to the doc, or during insurance conversations.

Ron or Dr Byrd is fantastic. Him & Carol Lynn take the time to listen & review your concerns. They address your needs. They make top referrals if needed. The office staff is cordial, pleasant & attentive. Dr Byrd has been my family's PCP for 19yrs. Started seeing him right out of residency. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr. Byrd for about 16 years. Now I usually just see Carol Lynn, his PA. Both are very personable and great with their patients. Excellent doctor, almost always able to get you in the same day you call, conscious of keeping prescription costs down while giving you the best care available. Highly recommend.

First, thank you for taking the on call for Dr. Keinarth on 3/12/19.

I have been under the care of my PCP, Dr. Keinarth for about 28 years and have had the tests by 2 ENTS, a specialized brain surgeon and a Neurologist.

At 4 in the morning I was having one of my worst Meniere's episodes without the prewarning signs. I rarely have these anymore due to medication and how to handle this disease. However, this year has been very traumatic with 4 surgical procedures so far and a severe reaction to anesthesia. I believe all of this, to include personal traumas, may have added to this episode.

Dr. Byrd called within minutes of my contact to the after-medical line. he knew exactly what I was going through and the apprehension I felt when the medication was taking longer than usual to control the situation. I learned to move as little as possible so I know I was not extremely clear on the phone. I was getting sicker. I mentioned another medication I had taken in the past to also help and he stated that I should take that but let the primary med alone and do its work. Within minutes, I could tell it was working. I was able to fall asleep (still afraid not to move) and slept most of the day, waking up alert with no after effects ( which always amazes me.)

I cannot thank you enough for responding so quickly and working with me until I felt that relief was in reach.

I would be glad to shorten this review and/or even expound further. Not all doctors know what this is, or what to do. When it occurs, it is devastating and all systems lack control. It is gruesome to describe. I knew I could not make it to the ER. Thank you.

Dr. Byrd honestly cares about his patients. He works hard and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Ron is one of the most compassionate Doctor it has been my pleasure to meet in an extensive career with health problems. He is insightful, extremely knowledgable and forthcoming on your heath issues. He also laughs at my lame jokes.
