This place TRULY went above and beyond for me. I had a carport land on my car! Pillars and huge scratches. He worked with my insurance and I didn't have to come out of pocket for anything. Waxed my car before giving it back! Love this place and highly recommend it. They are all so sweet too.

Nippers quality auto is the best collision repair shop in East Texas! The owner is one of the nicest and patient guys I know. He has taken care of me a total of three times for animal damage on two accounts and collision damage on another account. Johnny has gonna above and beyond their promised service he gave me. Each time i got my car back it was like new. The quality of the paint was amazing. It literally felt like pulling my car back off the showroom floor again. Thank you for your amazing service, Mr. Nipper! I will always reccomend your shop for repairs! A+ 10/10 5 stars!

Wife recently got rear ended in her 2020 silver Toyota Camry. Luckily it was not too severe but she was afraid it would never be the same. Nipper’s came highly recommended. Picked the car up and they did an OUTSTANDING job. Perfect! Even buffed out some door dings! Happy wife, happy life!

5 stars does not do this company justice. Nippers Auto recently did work on my Chevy truck and I must say the quality of work surpassed my expectations. But this review doesn’t stop there. EVERY employee at this company (including the dogs) are the most friendly, pleasant, accommodating, professional people I have ever seen. Owner Johnny is ALWAYS friendly, after speaking to him for 5 minutes, I felt like I had known him my whole life, and that goes for everyone else that works here as well. They had my truck finished in no time at all, and with top quality workmanship. The work they did was like magic, there was no trace of any previous damage what so ever. I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for body work to be done, look no further.

Nipper's Quality auto Works recently did some front end repair work on my car. I am beyond pleased at a job well done. They are extremely kind and worked to keep the repair cost affordable. Nippers recently repaired my damaged fender. I went in for an estimate and they were able to fix it right then and there in about 10 minutes. EXCELLENT service all the way around. Everyone in the office was kind and friendly and every worker I spoke to was helpful and nice ! They went above and beyond and I will always take my cars to Nippers for any repairs needed from now on! GREAT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have used Nipper's several times over the years and we won't go anyplace else. Johnny and Meredith are great to work with and the quality of work that they do is the best around. They also do it as quickly as possible so we were not without our vehicle any longer than needed.

I have posted 5 star reviews on their Facebook and Yelp accounts. Johnny and his family (including their puppies) and his staff are honest, trustworthy, do excellent body/paint work and best of all, at a fair price. I moved to Tyler in early 80’s. I honestly don’t remember how many times over the years I’ve used his expertise but have never been sorry! My suggestion is don’t make any decisions on repairs until you have at least “talked” to Nipper’s Quality Auto!

Took my SUV here for damage repair. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and friendly. Repairs were finished before promised date. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I recommend them you will not be disappointed.

I was introduced to Nipper’s Quality Auto Works after being hit from the rear. Having a Lexus I was perplexed on where to take my car for the best workmanship. I can’t say enough about the excellent work done to my car. Being a perfectionist it was stressful anticipating the outcome of the repair! The insurance wanted to repair my bumper, versus replacing. Johnny wasn’t agreeable, so a new bumper was purchased. From the initial call to Meredith to the completion of the repair with Johnny, a 5 ⭐ still can’t explain my satisfaction. From the craftsmanship, the workmanship, loyalty to the customer and their integrity. I will forever advocate for Nipper’s Quality Auto Works. Their name says it all.

Over the years I have taken several of our cars to Johnny and amazing folks at Nipper’s Quality Auto Works. Everyone is so friendly and kind and I’ve been amazed at the quality of the work they perform. I’ve seen their work on everything from Hyundais to Corvettes and Porsches and they looked like they were just rolled out of the showroom! Their work on our cars has been exceptional and I highly recommend them!!!

Johnny and his wife Meredith are awesome they put you at ease and they help you through the Insurance process. I went to a couple of autobody’s for estimates Johnny was the only one who wanted to take the paint and the debris off my truck to actually see the damage that was a green flag for me !!!

My 2016 Porsche Boxster and I were in a "fender bender" and I brought the car to Nipper's and two other Tyler-area auto repair shops for estimates. Johnny provide me a quote very quickly and his explanation about what he thought might be wrong beneath the surface made sense to me. Nipper's quote was the best of the three and I scheduled a time to drop the car off. The job was done when Johnny said it would be - and at the quoted price. Most importantly, the car looks flawless. There's simply no way to tell that there's a new rear bumper on the car or that any work has been done. The facility is clean, the staff friendly, and the results exceptional. I certainly recommend Nipper's Quality Auto Works.

This was definitely the most pleasant experience I've ever had with an autobody shop. I feel cared for and the results from the body work are excellent!! The service from Mr. Johnny , Mrs. Meredith, and their team is phenomenal. I am appreciative to them all. You won't be disappointed with their work or service.

My first time to be there because I have a new car and I couldn’t stand the scratch I made on the lower edge of my bumper. Mr. Johnny looked at it and said he could offer a re-touch instead of taking out the bumper and repainting the scruffs underneath which will cost a few hundreds. Neil did a good re-touch. Friendly and fast service. I sure wouldn’t want to come back again because it would mean something bad happened to my car but if it can’t be avoided, I surely would go to this shop again.

We have had a series of unfortunate events with my daughters car. We have taken it Nipper's every time and have received great quality work, wonderful and honest customer service, and a fair price. I highly recommend Nipper's.
