It's a grocery store. It's clean and the people are nice, but the prices are high just like every other grocery store

The store was very clean and orderly, the staff was nice and friendly and were glad to help me find what I needed. They have a deli and meat market that cut the meat fresh. I recommended this grocery store to any one.

Visiting Tyler for the Holidays (again!), Brookshire's has become the go-to place for any items we need for the holiday meals. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, it's why I return when I'm visiting. THANKS!

This is such a wonderful grocery store. My husband and I were on vacation at The Boulders (4 miles away) and needed a few things. I was very impressed with everything and everyone here. This store is super clean and the employees were all very friendly and very helpful. (JUST A NOTE...make sure that you go online and sign up for their reward program BEFORE going...we paid $5 more for an item because we were not members and we were informed that you can no longer sign up in-store.)

The bakery is delightful. A young lady, savanna I believe, was very helpful in picking a dessert tray. Pleasant experience for an out of towner

I like the people here as they are quite friendly. The location is always clean and there seems to be a good number of staff working at all times. The prices are inline with Brookshires in Tyler from what I have compared.
I have not yet encountered any product beyond expiration date.

Thank God they're open til 10pm again! I didn't know until I put the baby to bed that he was out of formula! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked. Don't forget your mask (though I've never seen them kick anyone out if they didn't had one.)

I love this store. I'm not from the area but my family lives in Whitehouse. Very clean and has all the essentials. Friendly staff. I didn't realize they help you pack the groceries in the car. That is so nice!

I had a bad taste in my mouth about this store before today's experience. Please give my sincere gratitude to Jack for getting my daughter and I to our car safe and dry. It's rare to find people these days that put themselves on the back burner in order to serve others.

We’ve been going here for years. I prefer it to the one in Troup. Everything from the location, staff service, and produce is top notch! My favorite is the deli catfish fillets and meatloaf! And also checking out the clearance areas! It makes the trip less ordinary and more exciting!

A very nice store. All of the employees are always ready to help. One of the best meat market I have ever shopped at. The meat is always fresh. The Produce and bakery are top notch. Could not ask for better.

My favorite store. My husband goes to ours at least once a day! Love having $ off groceries or gas. I have been shopping at brookshires since i was 15 and worked for yall for 5 years. I turned 60 this year so that is 45years of great service and friendly faces! Thanks!!!
