DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

We stopped in here to find my wife a pair of dress shoes for an upcoming wedding. We had gone everywhere and nothing seemed to work. Within 10 minutes at DSW she found the perfect pair of shoes. DSW has an impressive inventory at very reasonable prices. No pushy staff and the store is well organized. Definitely recommend.

I had a shoe exchange without a receipt. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me through out the entire transaction. Her co worker that was not the one assisting me was friendly as well.

They have always been on time with delivery. One time they had a glitch and my shoes came really late but they let me know and went above my expectations to make it up to me.

Staff very accommodating. I wanted to exchange a pair of sandals purchased online, they do not,carry the brand ordered in store. They offered to order the size I needed for me but unfortunately it was sold out. I was able to just return for a credit to my credit card. Thanks ladies!
