The staff is very kind. they have helped me time and time again. Always smiling and greeting me and making me feel welcome when i walk into the building. Parts are easy to get ordered and questions I have are answered. High five. Love this place.love these guys and gals ;)

Came to this store this morning to get a new battery for my car. I have a bad migraine and my car battery giving up on me had me in tears. I dealt with Trent and he was absolutely wonderful! This man not only explained what battery I needed, went out in the rain to see what my cars trim is, but also changed my battery. I was stressed, in pain, and holding back tears. This man joked around (which improved my mood) and went above and beyond to help me! 10 out of 10 and this man needs a raise!

My husband and I, and our children were broke down at O’Reilly. We needed a starter on our truck. O’Reilly didn’t have the starter we needed, but the store down the road did but no one would bring it to us, it was about 5pm and no one came out to help us or anything. We called auto zone and an employee named Ty said they had the starter we needed and offered to come get my husband to pick up the starter, used his personal vehicle and brought him back all within 20 minutes. He was such a nice guy and we appreciate him for helping us in our time of need. I will definitely not go back to O’Reilly and always choose auto zone. Thank y’all!

Went up there this morning to get stuff to change my oil. And ask advice how I should do it safley. The ladies that was working there was nice. And the after I got my oil change done I brought up my used oil back to autozone for them to recycle it. Brad was nice he put in the quarts in. He had a smile and so was the ladies.

Went in 20 minutes before closing time to have check battery, then needed replacement. They were quick and we were in and out! Customer service is amazing and the store is taken care of very well.

This location is by far the best place in Whitehouse or Tyler when it comes to needing car parts. The workers here are always friendly and helpful. If your car needs some love, this is the place to go!

I love this place. They had 2-3 employees help me change my battery when they absolutely didn't have to. And when other customers came in, they were quick to run inside and make sure they were taken care of, too. This is why I am a loyal AutoZone customer.

Tested & charged my 8 month old battery still under warranty. I probably left a dome light on that caused the issue. The guys fixed me up & I'm so glad I didn't get the smallest available battery, the next size up really is a better fit with the bigger alternater. My older truck cranks like brand new!

Great folks! They've helped me a lot. Seriously. I was stuck a little while back with a dead starter. They brought me one. Yep, that was a big help. Folks like that are great!

Friendly store. Thing is, if you use the app as well, you can get quite a lot. I just bought a van, and so I'm going to be doing the Auto Zone shuffle for a bit👍. I like the selection of parts at various prices. Sometimes you have to make the money stretch.

Isaac is fantastic helping several customers while the larger gentleman sat on a stool. Isaac deserves a raise he understands the autozone culture and lives by it. Keep it up bud!

My husband and I are in our late 60’s, and my husband is totally blind. A couple of weeks ago, a blinker light on our car went out. I went to OReilly’s auto parts store in Chandler, because I happened to be passing thru, bought a bulb, and inquired about having it installed. The guy said no, they didn’t do that but it was real easy and I could look it up on YouTube to see how to do it. Ok, that’s fine. When we got home I looked it up, but you have to have a special tool that we don’t have. So, I went to the dollar store, and of course they didn’t have one. So, I drove to Troup to the hardware store, and the tool I needed came in a kit, and the smallest kit was $45. What the what? And I didn’t need a whole kit. But the man there was so nice, and told me to go to the auto parts store in Whitehouse, and I could buy the tool there. So, I drove to Auto Zone in Whitehouse, and told the guy what I needed. He said well, I can sell you the socket, but if you really don’t need it, why don’t you let me just put the bulb in for you? And he did! I offered to buy another bulb, but he said no, if I already a bulb, he wouldn’t let me buy another one. He changed it out right there in the parking lot! I wish I’d gotten his name, but at any rate, here’s a great big shout out to AUTO ZONE in Whitehouse! Your employees are rockstars! Thank you so much! You are now my go to place for auto parts!!! Even a small act of kindness goes such a long way!

I want to thank Wendy for helping me buy the right battery for my car and installing it for me. If it wasn't for her knowledge about batteries I would have had a real big problem with my car. The Auto Zone I went to was in Henderson ,Tx
