Never like to go here because it normally means my car is messed up but they always have what I need and are very helpful

Steve, the assistant manager, helped me out with a new truck battery. He went above and beyond and made sure that I was able to get back out on the road. It was so nice getting a small town experience from a national chain. He made me feel valued and made sure I was taken care of. I will continue to keep giving O’Reilly my business because of his service and professionalism!

Since I have gotten older I always try to be ready for a emergency in case the Auto store is closed. I bought a new Starter last year in January from this OReilly store. I traded the vehicle in on a new one & still had the new starter in box. I took it back to O'Reilly's today and they gave me back all of my money back and its been over a year. No hassle, no bad treatment. This has been my store since I moved here in 2019. Can't say enough about how nice and considerate they have been to me. Will always be going back for more parts there. The Greatest bunch of Guys you could ask for. Thank You!

Giving this a five star even though I 100% didn’t do any of the normal automotive stuff here. Only stopped by to buy a bunch of sand paper! The guy to rang me up was nailer nice! Much better than the last employee the last time I can in (a year ago). Glad to see they got better people.

The manager of this location is what makes all the difference--runs a tight ship of motivated professionals that will go out of their way to assist a customer. Excellent team. Join the rewards program, watch for sales to get the best deals. Also, they offer a 10% military discount for active duty and retirees!

The customer service I've received here on several occasions has been great. Justin is awesome. I went in to get a battery tested. The battery checked out so I went back home to put the battery back in and jump my car to bring it up there to test the alternator. When I pulled in, Justin was walking outside to meet me already. I really appreciate the courtesy from the small things like that. It shows they genuinely care about their customers.

Great experience! I bought a battery for my car, and the manager( Skylar ) put the battery in for me which was great! He was a very nice young man! Everyone there was very nice! Will be going back!

this is by far the best place I have been most part places are really rude and just want to sell something like they are in a retail shop I go in there a lot because I have a lot of problems with my car... every person in there make sure that I'm taking care of and are really nice every part that I buy isnt cheap and they don't just say bye have a nice day they help me with my part ...Joseph is one of the ones that works there and he is really good he helps me every time that he can to put a part on my car after I buy it I'm very pleased I will never walk in to AutoZone or any other place other than O'Reilly in WhiteHouse tx I don't care if it's $20 cheaper at another place I rather spend my money with them because they help me out so much I can't thank them enough but they do price match that's really good and if they don't have the part in they will make sure that I will have it that day by shipping it from another store....today they help me out with my car... My car was barely running and I could basically lose my job over it because I drive my car for a living...he found the problem he solved it and fixed it Joshua is a lifesaver without O'Reilly I couldn't of done it so I advise everybody to go to this place they might just save your life one day if I could I would give y'all a hundred Stars

This parts place has some really good employees and always has part I need or it is there within 24 hours you can count on good friendly service and competitive prices 😀

Didn't know how to remove a headlamp bulb on the car, and one of the employees came out to the car with me and assisted me. Highly recommend this location.
