I would like to thank this retailer for the peace of mind they provided to me as a first time customer. Despite the older negative reviews, the staff were quick to fulfill my order and were very helpful over the phone with questions I had.

My shotgun was shipped on a Tuesday and my FFL received it Friday of the same week in excellent condition. Furthermore, the shotgun runs flawlessly and is exactly what I wanted. Please give them a shot folks, I will certainly continue to do business with them.

I spent months looking for a Henry .357 Big Boy...even the dealers informed me that their distributors did not have one. Out of curiosity I surfed OnLineOutfitters, found the weapon and had it in my hands in three days from order. Damn good service. If you're looking for something I'd bet they have it. Great service.

I ordered a sidearm late Friday evening (I know they close for the weekend) and they shipped Monday. The pistol was in my hands Wednesday. Although Online Outfitters was closed over the weekend, I received frequent communications starting Monday AM and the item arrived at my FFL on Wednesday! Placed an online order from them on a Saturday. I was planning on calling them on Monday to confirm the order. Before I had a chance to call I was emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number. Everything was as described and the price was WAY below other sellers. Would definitely do business with them again.

I recently ordered a firearm from online outfitters and I couldn’t be happier. First of all the pistol was $120-$130 cheaper than anywhere online and my local gun stores. Secondly, I ordered the gun on a Sunday evening. It was shipped the following Tuesday and I received it Thursday around noon. The firearm is as described and just what I wanted.

Had a problem with an order. The firearm manufacturer was the cause of the problem. I contacted Candace at Online Outfitters and she took care of the problem. She went way above and beyond my expectations. Need more people like her that will stand up and not back down for the customer. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Buying a firearm online requires a great deal of trust and working with a competent seller. If it is not done right, big problems can happen.
I bought a hard-to-find Walther from Online Outfitters and it was my first time buying from them. From start to delivery, everything went smoothly. Great communication, pricing, ordering, delivery, and follow-up. They did a great job and delivered as promised.
If I buy another firearm, they will be my first option. That says it all!! I highly recommend OO as a source for firearm purchases.

Ordered an RMR from them, using a 7% coupon code. After I ordered, I noticed a different coupon code, for 13% summer savings. Called hours after ordering when they opened, and spoke to a very friendly lady, who connected me to someone in the warehouse.
They were already working on filling my order already. Explained the fact that I used a 7% while 13% was available.
Was told no problem, and got the difference refuned without issues. Optic shipped the very same day.

Very very satisfied with this company, and will definitely be doing business with in the future.

I read the reviews and did some research on Online Outfitters, and like others, had a little hesitancy due to a couple bad reviews. Nevertheless, the other positive reviews outweighed that doubt and I placed an order. From there, things only got better! I made a mistake on my order, so I sent an email (Sunday night) requesting assistance/cancellation. First thing Monday, we were talking and taking care of the mistakes I made. Seems to be a smaller company with a picture of the team members on their site, along with their names and titles, with Leslie and Candice being two of them. Well, I spoke with Leslie and Candice first thing Monday morning and in no time, they fixed everything and had my order shipped! My items arrived that week, before the weekend! Naturally, with that level of customer service and expediency, I had no choice but to place another order.
I’ve ordered from a few other places, and OO has earned a spot at the top of my favorites list. They are fast to ship, quick to assist, and stand behind the products they sell. Businesses can have hiccups, but so far their customer service is second to none! Keep up the great work, thanks for everything, I’ll be back again.
