Been using John Gentry Integra insurance for several years after switching from an insurance agent who was unresponsive. They have been so accommodating and attentive to my needs given that I bought and sold a house, needed condo insurance and then replaced my vehicle. Each year, they shop the different providers and provide me with the best rate. I have referred them to some of my friends and family and they have also been very pleased with their service.

As you know I'm not so keen on all the current technology, so, I'm going to send my review through this email and ask that you share it.
My initial contact to John Gentry Integra Insurance Services was with Tiffany. I made the contact because I wanted a local agent that I could
actually see vs. a phone call that uses an automated telephone system in which I found myself yelling CUSTOMER SERVICE into the phone.
And, we all know that just doesn't work!!
When I lived in my home state of Minnesota, I had Safeco insurance and a "real" agent, so I searched for a local agency with that company and came up with yours.
Tiffany was so helpful when I called and said she could research the many insurance companies that you represent and would get the best option for me.
She promptly provided a quote from Progressive which covered my vehicle 100% vs. my current policy which did not include comprehensive.
I also saved money, have 100% coverage and now have a live agent.
Through the process of completing my policy both Tiffany and Shannon were a joy to work with. They are both highly knowledgeable,
explained every aspect of my policy and are very professional in what they do.
I am very pleased that I chose your agency and I will highly recommend you to everyone I know!
