Dr. Joyce and her assistant are very kind and gentle specialists. They helped me a lot during a difficult situation. My Blue Shield Blue Cross insurance fully covered my first visit, including X-rays and cleaning.

Dr. Wong and her staff are all very professional and friendly. They are well organized and quick to return calls. Dr. Wong is very approachable and gives the impression that she is invested in the health of her patients. She always recognizes me when I come in for a visit. She is also aware of costs and has always given me a clear expectation of costs for procedures and proposes alternatives and payment plans without having to ask her.

I used to be a dental assistant for my family dentist in Houston. Dr. Wong reminds me of her: skilled, professional, caring, straight to the point. She does not sugarcoat and she won't try to upsell, the kind of dentist you can trust. She's also the first dentist I've met who personally cleans patients' teeth and it's one of the best cleans you'll get.

Wonderful experience with Dr Wong. I've been to both Bee Caves and Anderson Lane locations. Beautiful and clean office. Her staff is also very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I still remember Dr Wong going out of her way to care for my kid and making special arrangements when he needed emergency services. Dr Wong really cares for her patients. This is not the kind of service and care you can get from any Dr. Only at Avenue Dental! Only a doctor with passion and care will go to such extend to provide top notch service and care to their patients. Haven't been to a dentists in 20 years??? I was seriously nervous I needed lots of work done 5 teeth pulled and serious teeth cleaning. And now getting fitted for dentures. Dr. Wong and staff really are good at what they do and put me at ease. They really work good together fast and efficient. My insurance wouldn't cover it but she does work with most insurance companies. Didn't like insurance handling something so important. Very knowledgeable on my options and very reasonable on costs. I'm still in the process but happy real happy with their services.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wong’s for the past 3 or 4 years and I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist. I had been going to the bee caves location until I learned they had a location off Anderson lane and I’ve had great experiences at both. Ana is always so helpful in returning calls promptly and reminding me of appointments. Their equipment is newer than other dentists and they’re honest about work you need done. Besides being a great dentist, Dr Wong is just fun and personable, Highly recommend!

I went to the Avenue dental for the cleaning and filling. When cleaning, I was very comfortable and not hurt, for Dr.Pi had a delicate skill. And fillings for the gap of the gum and teeth, Dr.Pi was very good at it, I am satisfied with them. I recommend Dr. Pi and his dental.
