My wife and I were very pleased with everything. We were welcomed and greeted with a friendly smile, offered coffee and water, and presented with the upmost courtesy, professionalism and respect. Refund or not, we understood clearly at all times what was at stake and what is in our best interests. They take great responsibility and accountability in everything they say and do. By doing all of this, they put customers first and they represent America well. Carol was very helpful on all levels to understand our situation. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the results.

I originally went to H&R Block with some hesitation:
would everything be too cookie cutter for my complex needs? I am delighted to say that I'm now a loyal and very satisfied H&R Block client, thanks specifically to Kristin Faver and Andrea Hames. Both of these ladies are wonderful assets to the company, and I highly recommend their services. They patiently, expertly helped me complete both my (very late) 2018 and 2019 taxes at the same time, and got me great returns.

My situation was very complex and overwhelming, involving a high-conflict divorce, multiple jobs, and an out of state income property. Kristin and Andrea guided me through everything with aplomb, timeliness, and professionalism. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable, and treated my situation as if it were their own. Alicia was very nice and patient with me. I had lots of changes moving from one state to another and she reassured me that our first visit was gonna take time but next year it will be a breeze.

Cynthia Horner was excellent. She was well versed in Tax Law, and was very good at explaining each step and asking questions to make sure I received all the deductions I was entitled to. The receptionist was also very efficient and delightful.

Pretty happy, my tax pro has always gone above and beyond for me and made sure I got the best results possible on my return.

Kristen Faver Thompson is awesome. I had an appointment with another agent at noon but it was moved to 8pm. She managed to squeeze me in for 2pm instead. This is third year I have worked with her and she is a rockstar. Really knowageable when it comes to railroad stuff and my rental property.

As always, great service. Got some great savings this year as well. I have visited this office the last three years and I always have confidence my taxes will be filed correctly. Knowing this gives me a piece of mind and one less worry.

I feel good doing my taxes with H&R block. I always feel better knowing my taxes were done with someone who has insight on tax laws.

For many years, my husband and I have had to pay significant amounts in taxes. Thousands of dollars in some years. We had been doing our own taxes. Having you do our taxes has been well worth the money. Last year we paid $58. This year we are getting back $33. While it doesn't sound like a lot, it is a lot.
