I highly recommend Mansfield Pain services. Scott really does listen to you regarding your pain areas. He is very professional. I came in for shoulder pain, neck and hip pain. I had injections done at Gateway facility in Colleyville. The injections have helped. I am starting to do things like clean my house and feeling more positive. His instaff is very nice and professional. They are a God sent.

I just had my first visit today but the compassion started with my first phone call with Karen and continued all the way through my visit. Every staff member is exceptional. Dr. Houghton is the most compassionate medical professional that I have ever seen. He spent alot of time with me and answered all of my questions. This office gets an A++++++++!

Dr. Houghton and the staff at Mansfield Pain Services have been the best experience with a medical provider I have experienced in my 58 years. Dr. Houghton has many options for chronic pain and I believe I am finally on track to be truly pain free. He always takes the time to explain and make sure I understand what we are going to do and what benefits I will have. Additionally his staff (Karen) are the most pleasant and helpful folks I deal with. I am blessed to have found Mansfield Pain Services.

The staff here is wonderful! For some reason I can't get their website to expand any bigger than a little pop-up screen on my laptop, so it's pretty much unusable on a laptop, but it worked just fine on my cell phone.

These people really care about you. I have been around 7 times and have been treated like gold each and everytime.

This "doctor's office" is a joke. When making my appt and rescheduling my appt, when getting my paperwork sent over and not before I paid $325 cash payment that I scraped and borrowed since my insurance was cancelled, not once did they tell me they were holistic & I flat out asked them if they could write a prescription for pain medication. I am in a lot of pain and this place lied to me and swindled me out of money I didn't have! Now I have to find another Dr. Sadly this guyhas to lie to people to get them to come. If a person has to see a pain management Dr. They e been referred, don't take their money and leave them worse off as now they are broke and can't afford to see a "REAL PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR". WHAT A FREAKING JOKE! I am beyond upset that this office could take advantage of someone with cancer who is already going thru so much.

Extremely disappointed with this office. They called and wanted to move my appointment to a different date, which is fine, but I scheduled to take off work to come here, plus I was not even going to see a MD or a DO to take a look my MRI.
