AT&T Store

I went into AT&T store on Broad Street in Midlothian to shop for a new updated phone for my daughter. Ocean Gomez the manager of the store was so very helpful and informative and professional. We got exactly what we needed. It was a very smooth process. I highly recommend him! Thank you we are happy customers!

Ricardo and Collin were the best! The team gave good vibes and we were all laughing. I came in with my phone not working and Ricardo fixed my problem in minutes and Collin managed to bring my direct tv bill down I couldn’t be more grateful. Excellent customer service

Colin took good care of me. When I entered the store on Saturday, there was one clerk & a room full of people. Started to leave, then Colin came in and began taking care of folks, 3 at a time. The boy knows what he is doing! And he has the personality to put people at ease and get the job done asap.
Colin is my go-to guy!

Courtney went above and beyond taking the time to be patient with me placing my two orders. Courtney reflects AT&T wonderful quality of service.

I walked into the store and was immediately helped by Faviola. She did a wonderful job at making sure I had all my needs met! Very nice and kind and personable as well. Got me a way better deal. We were with Verizon before and she helped my wife and I save $50 dollars a month on service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for a service I would definitely come out to this location.

Just had the best experience at this ATT location. We were greeted with warm welcomes the moment we walked through the door. Candice was our representative and she was very professional and helpful. She helped us save money by switching to a better plan and that’s always a plus in our book.

I was in awe at how well this group of AT&T employees showed immense care and concern about making me a happy customer. Basil gave his all to getting me the service I want at the price I desired. He was very patient and Diligent. Danish and Candace showed that this store is filled with great Camaraderie. I love this store and will tell everyone I know about this store.😁

I had to call to verify if I could add another line to my business account. Mohammad competently and succinctly answered my queries and the items he did not know he had the initiative and wherewithal to ask the right people. I highly appreciate his assistance! Great customer service !

First off right off the top as soon as you walk in you are acknowledged/greeted vs other AT&T’s you usually walk around until the staff is not busy. Such great customer service. I live no where near this at&t and would go back for any of our services!! A big thank you to the AWESOME manager for the great experience and helping us with our service. The other staff was very helpful as well. We were treated very well. Definitely recommend this AT&T !

I went to the other location off of 287 to purchase a phone out right for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. We left highly frustrated and treated like we did not matter. Sitting outside under an awning talking to a coworker was more important to that guy. I wish I had his name. We called this location before coming and had the greatest experience with Sarah. She is amazing! She got us in and answered every question my mother had with patience and kindness. I can’t thank her enough for making this as easy as possible. If you need anything, go to this location. My friends, relatives, and I will only be coming to this location from now on. Thank you Sarah!

Long post and I’ll make it short. But I was driving by not knowing this AT&T location was even there much less open. We walked and they immediately greated us with open arms and huge smiles on their faces. I asked a question and he was like okay let me see what I can do. The manager of the store walked over and said I’ll match but give you more. I was in with 1 step in and definitely stayed for 2 hours later. I was completely happy with everything they were telling me, extremely happy with our purchases, our new plan, and the honesty they all gave me on how I wasn’t saving money! I’m extremely happy and I highly recommend this location to anyone. Plz ask Basil or Danish hell ask for them all, there energy was amazing and all customer service should be like them! A huge thank y’all and I will be back to purchase an iPad!!!!!

My experience with trading in my old phone and purchasing a new phone was great this morning. Easiest process I have ever had as an AT&T customer. Candace and Faviola were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about what I needed and wanted. Top tier service from the both of them and would definitely recommend. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Danish is so cool and he was such a great help. I recently switched over to AT&T and he made the switch very simple and fast. He answered every question that I asked. He had much patience with me. He gave me the best deals to save me as much money as possible, I’m so glad that I switched over to AT&T and he was best person that I would want to help me again.

I was pleased with the customer service at the AT&T store in Mansfield. The young man was knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was a dummy for not knowing how to fully operate my smartphone. The Collin Street store should follow his lead.

I would highly recommend shopping at the AT&T store located on East Broad St in Mansfield. The two ladies greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and they were both with other customers. When it was our turn, Candice came and got us and answered every question we had. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and she did not rush us!

For starters! the service advisor, I guess the manager was extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, empathetic and a all-around great personality. The initial purchase of my iPhone in Mansfield, TX was absolutely horrible and that's the reason for this second trip to Grand Prairie store. He not only took care of the first mess the (problem) his postive attitude gave my husband an opportunity to upgrade his iPhone to a 12 PRO. Eventhough it was a bit of a wait, our experience was soooooo excellent it was worth the wait!!!!

Store Manager Candace was amazing. Acknowledged me when I first walked in. Great conversationalist. Really made me feel like a priority. Best experience at an AT&T store I’ve ever had.

I was greeted by a man name Bossil that was amazing. I almost thought we knew one another that’s how pleasant he was. He was extremely helpful & professional. He hooked up my Apple Watch and answered all questions I had. Amazing customer service.
