Great prices and selection. Kohl's cash is an added benefit if you like saving money. Also, the young lady, Nikki, that checked us out at the register was helpful and very congenial.

This location is very organized more than many other Kohl's locations. Customer service desk staff were very sincere. I wish more registers are open at the same time. The free Amazon return station is a plus.
A new Sephora store opened within, is definitely great addition to Kohl’s. Even though the discount coupons does apply to high end brands, you still can get a bargain if you shop smart

Mansfield location: Great job! Sorry orderly and organized. Val at checkout was wonderful, so was Cindy at Returns. Will make the drive to shop here from now on.

Today, I visited the Sephora at Kohl’s.
I had an opportunity to work with the most talented young man. He taught me me how to draw on my eyebrows.
He was knowledgeable about the process and products. He explained the purpose of the products and answered all my questions. He showed me how to apply the product and I bought everything he recommended. I’m satisfied with the service I received, he was kind and honest. Sharing my condition isn’t always easy, but he made me feel comfortable and beautiful.

Cindy D provided amazing customer service. She greeted us when we walked in and when we checked out she held a conversation and thank me for being a loyal Kohl’s card holder. Thank Cindy D.

I checked out with CINDY D. & She was lovely & so super friendly. She asked that I do the survey & I assured her I would be happy to. Her positive vibe made my shopping experience that much more fun !

What is not to love. They take my amazon returns, and make it easy. Love the clearance section, always doing early Christmas shopping. Do you do Kohls cash? you should. Staff is friendly, but they do need a few more.

Excellent shopping experience had the product I needed in my size and a good price I had coupons off plus a birthday off made it a very attractive price everyone there was very helpful and friendly

Got very nice pair of shoes for my kid. They have a very large collection of many brands and the most important thing is they have lots of them in all the sizes.
