Wow, this store was like visiting a top-class showroom just for PHONES! I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. The couch was a definite showroom quality. The staff were polite, helpful, and very well informed. The young man who assisted us got my phone working and switched over after a few hiccups with getting access in order to change providers, but I'm up a running with no problems so far! There was ample parking available, and public transportation is also available conveniently for the store.

This was the best customer service experience I have EVER had as a sprint customer. Normally I dread going into a store with a problem with my phone but today the customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. Didn’t get the managers name but she was very involved with answering questions when needed. Lupita helped me. She was friendly and very helpful with all my phone issues. She even saved me money on my phone bill. The store was clean. Employees were very knowledgeable. I was helped immediately….no long waiting times. I would definitely go back to this store in the future.

After a four hours of trying to transfer data from old to new phone, a frustrating conversation with a person at the Apple store, and a failed trip to a computer repair store, we ended up at this T-Mobile store. We have an account with T Mobile and we bought our iPhones from T Mobile. Lucero was the representative at T Mobile, who helped us and was fantastic. We will always go back to T-Mobile store for assistance with our phones.

Great service. Joe and the other salesgirl( whose name I forgot) were so very helpful sorting through decision making about when to migrate from Sprint to T Mobile accounts. I'll definitely be back to this location.

OK I'm new to Austin I just moved here from Northern California. I got a little bug on my phone and this add kept popping up and over riding other apps and crashing my phone. For one this nice young woman listening to my story was so helpful and understanding! On top of it she got me the help I needed fixed my problem with phone mind you I had three individuals all working to get my phone fixed. On top of that I asked about wifi from T-mobile and they hooked me up with a T-mobile 5G gateway box. And I'm using it as we speak! It's awesome totally fixed my internet troubles at home plus the most important was my phone because I rely on it for a small side business I have and if I can't get calls I lose customers. Finally the BEST T-Mobile store I've ever visited. Plus I'm scheduling a glass replacement and they also fix the phone there 😁 I highly recommend this store everyone there is very helpful and really actually care about you! Wow I read some of the older post well I'll tell you what they definitely have new blood in that store now so don't be influenced by older posts. Trust me I never post reviews I'm posting about this because after all that help fixed my phone listened to my problems and cared the manager was a 🌟 and she gave me a 50 dollar credit for all the trouble I had been through I will recommend this store to everyone I promise you and I will always go back to that store they are rock stars 🌟 there all of the T-mobile employees !!!

Lucy was top notch. She was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. And she did all this very quickly and in an organized fashion. She’s a keeper. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 12.

Just went to sprint today to see about getting a new phone, as well as a tablet. I worked with Renee Gonzalez the entire time and she was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she very knowledgeable and willing to help me out with our messy account and some of the confusing aspects of what we wanted to do, but she was personable and friendly and an all around fun person to talk to! The other staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, it was a really enjoyable environment. I left with everything I wanted taken care off quickly and easily and with a big smile. Definitely would recommend this store to anybody who uses Sprint, they were excellent.

I had the best experience at this T-mobile store. I woke up Friday morning and my screen wasn’t working. As a Sprint Customer for years, T-Mobile made a great first impression. Jovanni the store manager picked up the phone and was the nicest person I’d talked to all day. Not only did this store help me fix my phone same day. They were so nice. I saw a Bluetooth speaker I really wanted but unfortunately the store was out of stock. Jovanni found a store where I could get it and followed up with me the next day to let me know he found the last one in Austin and was holding it at the store. I got my new speaker for a crazy good deal and received amazing service from beginning to end. Thank you so much!

Last night my LG G4 phone died on me for no reason (at least not that I know of) and even after doing a hard set, it still didn't turn on. So I ended up taking the phone to Lincoln Village Sprint store to see about getting it fixed and hoping that it would be quick. Walked in and got Brandon, mind you, I was already upset that I had to take my phone into the store because I just got this phone in September. Brandon explained to me that it would take at least 2 hours before I could get my phone looked at and also informed me that if they couldn't fix it, they would send off for a new one. I then asked what do I do about a phone and he asked me did I have a back up phone. By this time, I am fuming and just asked him to write up my ticket to see if the phone can be fixed. After he did the paperwork, he informed me that he would let me know as soon as he could about my phone and I left the store to come back later. As I stated, I was pretty upset that I had to even do this and I sort of took it out on Brandon but he just called me back and informed me that they couldn't fix my phone and I would be getting a new one. He then told me that he spoke with his manager and they found a phone for me so I wouldn't have to wait for one. That really made my day. He also took the time to walk me through on how to find all of my stuff for my phone if it was backed up on my Google Acct, which it was. So Brandon, thank you very much for all your help, it was very much appreciated. That is great customer service!!

The team was very helpful. I had many questions including return fees and phone capabilities but the manager Jovanni and the sales associate Isaac were both very patient and able to help me with everything I needed.

Came in with an unresponsive phone, thinking I'd need to buy a new one. The staff fixed it in under five minutes, no charge, without trying to sell me on anything. I'll definitely be back the next time I need to buy a new phone; I appreciate that they helped without doing a hard sell.

The probably know me as the iPhone XR web order guy. But the manager Kevin and Thomas and the sales rep were all really amazing even though it took over 4 hours cause of the bs that phone companies can be it got fixed and I have a new phone I love. Definitely coming back to this particular store all the time
