The pipe was repaired in a timely manner and he even sent me pictures of the pipe before and after the repair. I will definitely use them again.

I hired this company to come out and give me an estimate of running a propane line to a range I was considering for my kitchen to replace a worn out one. The person who came was thoughtful and caring and did his best to put together a realistic plan, even though he understood I probably could not afford it. I appreciated his straight forwardness and time and care he took into putting together two different options for possibly putting in a line.

I called 3 different companies and they all said they could come until 3-4 days later. Benjamin Franklin plumbing said they could come same day and put me on a special list that send someone out first available. Within an hour someone was at my house. They send me a photo of my technician which made me feel very safe letting them in my home. He was fast but thorough. Very pleased and I would use them again

Logan was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with us, as we had many questions. He used multiple techniques to help determine our water leak source. I felt him to be honest and also thoughtful in regards to options we had and pricing for each of those options. We would most definitely recommend Logan and call on him for any future issues we may have.

Update: well, we needed Benjamin Franklin again due to tree roots invading my drain pipe out to the septic. This time we had Jason Snow as our technician. He was great, quick with the work, communicated everything well, and gave us a few free tips to help keep this from happening again. I continue to be pleased with the Company's overall work and the technicians they have sent to the house each time. Thank you Jason, job well done!

I highly recommend using their services. I had a stubborn outdoor faucet which was leaking and really hard to replace. They were very professional from the first phone call to coming and doing repairs. The work itself was done very profesinaly and meticulous with great attention to every detail. Todd appeared to know what he was doing in replacing a garbage disposal. He did it quickly and cleaned up after the work thoroughly. He did a quick job at the master bath sink and also was thorough in cleaning up. Todd presenting himself well and I was pleased with his work in so far as I can tell this soon afterwards. Blake, the apprentice with him was also polite and presented himself appropriately. I was quite pleased to use Benjamin Franklin for the first time.
