So nice enough guy. Went to get a new battery in my Galaxy S6 and was told it would be a "new" battery. Came back and the screen was all jacked up, but usable. Problem was about 30 days later phone wouldn't hold a charge. It was then out of warranty with him, and he doesn't really have records as he uses paper receipts for everything anyway. 9 months later, the phone basically exploded while sitting in my house.
