Staff appears very helpful and receptive to questions. The store was very clean and there was a dog in the store so dog-friendly as well! Masks required! Pricey tho!

Came into the store today looking for a birthday gift for my boyfriend and Savannah helped me find so many good pieces and helped me choose the best ones out of all them! And the rest of staff were really nice and friendly! Great experience.

Busy for good reason... Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The layout of the store is really cool. Clothes are actually cheaper than the quality, service, and look would make you think. They have a Polaroid in the store and they post pictures of customers' dogs on a puppy wall. My daughter took a picture of their succulents, and it went on the wall!

The staff at this location are amazing! So helpful and kind, and even gave me a list of restaurants to try in Austin. And loved the items that I bought. Really enjoyed my experience.

I went to the store for the first time on my birthday, today. I went with the intent of buying myself a birthday gift but nothing ended up fitting quite right. I decided to get a hat. The employee told me that I couldn’t buy the hat (even though it had a price tag of $28 on it) unless I bought something else and then I would get the hat for free. She was not friendly or apologetic in any way about the confusion. i left with nothing. Sure enough I went online and I can buy the hat by itself. Not sure what happened, but it left me feeling super awkward as I walked away from store.
