Dr. Chen did some work on my children. During the work he was doing he spent the entire time watching TV while working and making more comments about the shows than the actual work. The second time he worked on my son he gave him so much anesthesia that it affected him for over a week and that was just for a filling. This guy needs to retrain in pharmacology and should be monitored to make sure he doesn't kill someone especially a kid.
