Dan was great to work with! Very prompt and professional, he made sure the reservation information was accurate even while I was giving him the name to the wrong airport without realizing it.

Scheduling a return trip was just as easy even though I made it after my initial pick-up was scheduled.

The morning of my pick-up, Dan texted to confirm that my driver (Stefan) had arrived on time.

Stefan was also fabulous. He arrived exactly on time (5.15am!) and got me smoothly and quickly to the airport with no issue.

My return travel ended up changing significantly so I had to cancel my return shuttle, and this was easy as well. I let Dan know well ahead of time and there was no fuss or drama.

I will 100% be reaching out again the next time I need to get to the airport!

It really takes a lot to please me with services. Frederick Airport Connection exceeded my expectations on every level, from communicating regularly to confirm my ride times and location, providing immaculate smoke-free vehicles, handling my bags and making me feel comfortable with very personable, mannerly drivers. Dan's airport transportation service is outstanding. Our driver arrived on time, had a clean vehicle, was very knowledgeable about the route to IAD, and a very experience driver. Upon our return Dan kept in constant communication with us. We were delayed in customs due to the volume of passengers and we did not have Global Entry. Dan was very understanding. Next time, however, I would have told Dan that we did not have Global Entry. We felt bad that Dan had to wait so long for us. Dan did not complain and was polite and professional. He also had bottled water for us which was greatly appreciated. Dan's car is clean and well maintained. Dan is a man of high integrity. Such a pleasure to do business with him.

Dan and his team are the absolute best - they are ALWAYS on time and very communicative leading up to travel. They keep an eye on your flight and make sure it is on time, and often have found out about flight delays before I even noticed them.

Their vehicles are spacious and always extremely clean, and they show up with bottled water which is always great after a long flight. Dan is especially great to our two year old son - he shows up with applesauce for him every time, which is so extremely thoughtful and helpful.

I hired Frederick Airport Connection for going to and from IAD for international travel with our four year old. Dan went above and beyond and was kind and on time. He even was early for our return flight and kept in excellent communication. Honestly seamless and I've traveled quite a bit. He was understanding about our delay on our return flight. Not only was the ride clean but Dan ensure we were comfortable at all times. He was kind enough to even inquire about our trip and take extra care and provide a booster for our daughter. Dan was 100% professional and friendly through the entire process, including scheduling my rides, confirming pick ups, and transporting me to my destination. I experienced an issue with getting into my accommodations at my destination and Dan kindly brought me to a hotel since it was late at night, waited to make sure I was able to get checked in there, and brought me back to my original accommodations the next morning. I have been using the Frederick Airport Connection for several years now. They are the only car service I use when I have to go to one of the DMV airports for business or personal travel. They are always on time and are as reliable as can be! The drivers are friendly and courteous, and the vehicles are clean and mechanically sound. I never worry about being late for my flights and the rides back to my home at the end of my trips are carefree and relaxing, which is good after sitting in an airport or on an airplane for long periods of time. As for the prices they charge for this excellent service, they are fair and competitive. I highly recommend using them for rides to the airport and back and for any other reason you might need a car service for.

I chose Frederick Airport Connection as a safe and timely shuttle from Dulles to Frederick. As a single, older woman traveling alone I want the least hassle and dependable service, which has been hard to come by with ride share lately. Dan anticipated my needs after flying a red eye from the west coast, and offered to wait until I had rented a car to make sure I was okay. Couldn’t have asked for more! I will call on them again for sure.

Excellent services. The vehicle is clean, driver is careful, polite and professional, also great conversationalist. We had more luggages than expected but Dan was able to improvise. He was willing to wait for us after dropping off our guests when we asked even though it was not on the plan. So basically he went out of his way to accommodate. My guests took naps on the way.
