Dishonest. If you shake an Assams hand, count your fingers. Known all over state, especially in Pierre, as cruel, shady and greedy. Bad, bad people. Many horrifying and unbelievable reviews by former tenants, former employees, have been recently taken down by Seth Assam, VP of Assam Corp in Sioux Falls. Seth and Sam claim to be good businessman. Hundreds of former clients in business, clients, lobbyists, and lawyers will tell you and show you how Assams screwed them and many other people over. Assams are legends in SD and MN for being about as dishonest and corrupt as you or a corporation can be. Keep records IF you HAVE to deal w Seth or Sam. Some of the Assams are lawyers.
