Aaron helped us with the purchase of the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus. He ran all over the car lot bringing cars to the dealership for us to look at and then to drive. Aaron was so patient and kind. He was also very knowledgeable in the Ford product. I highly recommend Sioux Falls Ford as they have so many cars (beautiful used and new) to choose from. We had a great experience at Sioux Falls Ford. We had been looking at Ford Bronco Sports for a while, and found one we really liked. We were contacted by our salesman, Armin and agreed to come in and meet with him to talk about and test drive the vehicle. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable in regards to any questions we had about the vehicle. They gave a us a great offer on our trade-in and the purchase was quick and easy. All their vehicles are “best price” so no haggling or talking to their “sales manager” to get the price down, which is a huge bonus in terms of time and energy saved.

We left to test drive another car on a different lot and there was never any pressure from our salesman.

The car we drove on another lot was comparable in price to the one we were considering at Sioux Falls Ford and the driving factor for us going back to Sioux Falls Ford was the salesman and the fact that we would not need to haggle for a better price.

The Sioux Falls Ford service center is extremely professional and courteous with it’s clientele, recently I had my oil changed at this facility and also had a doctors appointment an hour after the drop off time.
I couldn’t miss this appointment as it was critical to my health and well being.
Sioux Falls Ford lined up a loaner vehicle with no problems and I made it to my appointment and back without a hitch. (I did have all my paperwork ready, “License, Insurance, credit card information”)
Even though I needed my credit card info, this was a free service.
I thank the folks at this Ford service center, you have a well ran organization!!!

I'm not from Sioux Falls but I had such an amazing experience that I feel like I would be doing a disservice to the wonderful community that Sioux Falls Ford supports if I didn't write this review.

We are from Portland, OR and needed an oil change for our Ford Transit from our big cross country road trip from PDX to VT and back. We tried to book an oil change in several states at Ford dealerships because we bought the maintenance package on our Transit but everywhere was booked for weeks/months. I called Sioux Falls Ford and they were busy until the following week but the service person informed me that they had an express lane that could get me in. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions and just the fact that they had this option was phenomenal!

From the time that we brought our car in to the time we left, everyone was 100% outstanding and so so friendly! The person checking us in was fantastic and told us about the lounge we could wait in or if we wanted to wait in our van we could do that too. We stayed in the van for a little bit because we had a dog and cat but then we moved into the lounge which was extremely clean and accommodating. The entire service was so quick that I was blown away that they were able to finish all of the items like the oil/filter change, topping fluids, tire rotation, inspection checklist, etc. And the person who came to check us out was incredible to our little pet animals and made us feel like we were friends and family.

Like many other Google users, I like to read the review and see how legit companies are and let me tell you, this is the most legit company, not just a car dealership, that you will ever find! Seriously, I had such a bad misconception of car dealerships service centers before but Sioux Falls Ford absolutely changed my perception and I wish I could go here for all of my car needs lol It's a little bit of a drive from Portland, OR but ultimately I cannot state how much of a pleasant experience it was getting my Ford Transit (Olive) serviced at Sioux Falls Ford. OUT-FREAKING-STANDING!! love you guys.

It was a great experience from the time we stepped through the door. Receptionist was very polite and paged our salesman (Trey Miller). Trey was great to deal with. He showed us the vehicle and explained everything, and if we had any questions. The paperwork went smoothly. Haris was pleasant to work with, again explaining everything. The accessories person got everything going right away for the extras we requested. What a great place to buy a vehicle.

Took home my second vehicle in a year from Sioux Falls Ford.. Always a great experience. They stay with you long after the sale, to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you all again for your time and making the process easy!

The only thing I do not like is you can walk in there with cash and it still takes 3 hours to buy a car. Gene Pike did an amazing job again. The salesman that was helping us well Gene was busy I would recommend him to anybody he did amazing job helping us pick out the Bronco that we bought.

We had an issue with ford pass on a vehicle bought from a different dealer. I asked a salesperson a few questions and was going to figure it out myself. we ended up having a team of people helping try and figure it out (ended up needing a reprogram). Every time I go in everybody has been very nice and always willing to help with anything I need. They have a phenomenal team!

2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Sioux Falls Ford and both times have been very pleasant. I was well taken care of. Very friendly service. They took their time to explain everything and inform me on my purchase. Will definitely continue to buy through them!

Overall it was a very good experience! The salesman Alex Martinez was very helpful and patient as I looked at numerous vehicles trying to find the best fit for me. He never tried to push me to any certain vehicle, just answered any questions I had. Alex deserves a bonus for all the time he took to test drive vehicles with me.
