Carnaval Brazilian Grill

my husband and i came in last night. service was amazing, food is always great here. big salad bar, tons of desserts and great cocktails too.

Tonight was the rare boys night out, so myself and 3 buddies went to Carnaval. We made 6 pm reservations which apparently was smart because without them the wait was about 1.5 hours. So make a reservation.

When we were seated, our waitress was very prompt. She recommended a delicious drink. Served in a pineapple. We all got the table side service deal for $41.99. Comes with a salad bar.

I started off going to the salad bar first. Complete with all the salad fixings, fresh mozzarella, marinated mushrooms, pickled onions, tons of toppings to choose from. Besides toppings they had 2 soups, Mac N Cheese and other goodies. Quite the amazing salad bar.

Then came the unending service of meat skewers. From chicken and steak to shrimp and roasted cinnamon pineapple. Even after I was beyond stuffed, I kept getting the pineapple. It was so delish. I had previously eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse in Vegas and that wasn't close to this place. Every meat skewer was like a bite of heaven. Not one thing I ate was anything but delicious. I ordered a slice of pineapple carrot cake and paid the bill.

For all the food you get, salad bar and quality of food, the price of $41.99 is almost a steal. I would have paid $55 and not complained. Decor of the restaurant was also very nice.

Overall, this place is one of the best restaurants in Sioux Falls. A must try, just make sure to make a reservation!

I went in alone on Valentine's Day. Wasn't expecting to be able to sit down right away, but the hostess got me a seat at the bar immediately. My bartender was wonderful and attentive. Every single meat that came around was cooked to perfection and tasty. This is miles above any Fogo De Chao I've been in. I hope to come back soon and experience this again. Oh and the roasted pineapple is a small touch but it makes the whole meal so much more enjoyable, don't ever pass on it.

Excellent Service, our server Kayla was the best. We really enjoyed the food and the drinks. Serving plates could have been slightly bigger. Other than that was a great experience. I will be back there again for certain.

Very enjoyable cool modern styled restaurant. Great service from Emily and frequent visits to the table by the meat bearers. Excellent salad bar buffet to start and the grilled meats were delicious and cooked to perfection. Very reasonably priced and nice to get an OAP discount.
Very popular so book in advance.

This was my 1st time visiting Carnaval Brazilian Grill...and WOW! The food was spectacular! So delicious! It is an expensive meal, so plan on spending about $50 per person or more (depending on beverage choices and dessert). Also, plan on going hungry to make the most of your dining experience, because the main attraction will be the all-you-can-eat style of a variety of meats brought to your table and the "hot" salad bar (various salads, plus a lot more!)
One of the "fan favorites", and definitely one of my favorite items there, is the all-you-can-eat roasted pineapple with cinnamon, brought directly to your table! Incredible!!

We typically go here for special occasions, this being no exception, being Mother’s Day. On these occasions, they do a brunch buffet which is FANTASTIC! Awesome salad bar and endless meats brought to your table including lamb, pork, chicken, and sirloin.

This is definitely a favorite restaurant of mine but don’t get too cozy with your cash if you come here with a group or family, it is definitely on the expensive side.

Food is second to none, never had bad service. If you want something next level and don’t mind shelling out a fair amount for this experience, I definitely recommend!

Husband made online reservations for our dinner to celebrate my birthday. We started out with the salad bar which we only went through once but the options provided there were good! The process was well explained and we ended up with a large variety of meat for our evening.

And if you haven't heard from anyone else yet, PINEAPPLE!!!!! It's a must have for your meal! A special magical birthday song was sung to me and, honestly, even though I wasn't too interested in being sung to, they did make it fun and it wasn't long at all. They did make me feel special and the flowerless chocolate cake was rich and fantastic.

Give yourself the chance to try all the meats and come hungry. Every beverage was also worth it so keep that in mind too as none of those were really "standard" either. I very much enjoyed my visit and would recommend for any fun special occasion and yes, they did encourage us to come back for our anniversary.

The salad bar, wow, don't let its impressive selections suck you in and fill a full plate, not that they aren't good options to try (everything on the salad bar was amazing), but you won't have room for the amazing meats that about to rotate around your table! I feel in love with the lamb. Oh, the pineapple is so good. My least favorite was the sausage links because they seemed overcooked. But don't let my least favorite determine what you try. Try it all! So, I'm so going to go again, but I'm skipping lunch that day!

We love Carnaval. It is a little spendy, so we usually go for birthdays and our anniversary but it is worth it. The meat is delicious and the salad bar is fresh and delicious and you can never really say no to their dessert. We tried some of their dessert drinks last time we went and I had a frozen hot chocolate that was to die for. Love it here

I cannot express how good this place is...but I'll try. Amazing salad bar, and THE most delicious meats I have ever had in my life. I even ate a chicken heart (I don't need another one - because the texture was so weird to me, but for what it was it was good!) Seriously amazing food and such a unique experience. And our server, Savannah, was great! The next time we find ourselves in Sioux Falls, this place is a must!

I had a great time and loved it. I would recommend trying it out. I went there for my birthday and got a free brownie with ice cream. Great place to go, they are super friendly and funny.

Large group (18) with a reservation. Area for our group was ready right on schedule. Server (Savannah) was super nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable. She explained the process of the meat service with excellent directions. Checked in for drinks at perfect times. Brought the dessert cart with an awesome presentation.

Great salad bar with good options.

Now the main course. Sometimes you just can't say no to another meat from the gauchos. 12 different choices (salmon, shrimp, chimichuri pork, pineapple, parmesan chicken and 7 different beef options). I don't think we (as a whole group) had negative things to say about any of the options.

Only negative of the evening is a full parking lot. But it was a Friday night and Carnaval is an excellent choice.

Great food! Save room for the meat. Its tempting to fill up on the salad bar but DON'T!!! The salad bar at this place is amazing. They have the best macaroni and cheese you've ever had and other fresh fruit and vegetable options. The meats are really really good. The flank steak and the lamb were probably my favorites but all of them were also very good. The kids like the chicken the best and the sausage. They had shrimp and other meats that were delicious. We didn't have dessert, but it looked phenomenal. They had a banana's foster that was quite the display.

A great place to enjoy an atmosphere and dining experience that is unique compared to other mundane restaurants. There is a wide variety of food choices that will satisfy anyone's appetite.

Truly a remarkable dining experience. The salad bar is exquisite, loaded with everything imaginable from veggies to BBQ ribs and can easily be a meal all by itself. But the real experience is having the Gauchos come to your table with skewered meats, shaving off a slice that you grab with your tongs. Many cuts of flavorful beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and even roasted pineapple. Better yet, they just keep bringing you more until you say, enough is enough! Oh yeah, amazing dessert as well. The Creme Brulee is fantastic! One of the finest culinary experiences my wife and I have had for years! Go there!

I personally am a huge fan of Brazilian Steakhouses and this one does not disappoint. Great selection of meats full of flavor, and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend coming to this restaurant when in Sioux Falls.

Food was delicious! Staff was amazing! Disappointed they no longer have live music. :( no matter what, you HAVE to eat dessert!
