Great service, they don't haggle so the prices are what are listed on the cars. Transparent.
I walked in knowing what I wanted, checked it out, drove it, signed for it and was good to go in only a couple hours.

I can't speak on the side of the sales people while looking for cars and taking many test drives, but knowing what I wanted, they pulled it in right away, I test drove it with in ten minutes and was out and about my day in only a limited amount of time.

Not knowing the BMW brand they offered to help with understanding more features and coming back when I have more time.

My sales person (Kyle) was helpful, and let me talk his ear off, great conversation, efficient, and very easy to work with. Very glad with my purchase, will definitely be back for my next.

In all of my 57 years of being on this earth, I have never run in to a service department as helpful, professional, and friendly as this one. Even though I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, I had a warranty repair that could not be done where I purchased it. They recommended luxury auto mall, and I wasn’t expecting much when I went there. Upon arrival, they greeted me With a smile and not only worked with me on scheduling the repair, but brought the actual tech out to the office to explain how long it would take and what is actually wrong . I’ve never had that happen before and from start to finish, it has been the best service department experience I have ever encountered. Keep up the great work, Luxury Automall!

Luxury is the best! As a single woman, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me to get more money. Service is always great and so is the staff. I would highly recommend Luxury for any car related things.

Gene has been the epitome of customer service at this location since I moved here from the Bay Area many years ago. The whole atmosphere there is exceptional. I paid the most I ever have for a car repair on this visit, yet I come away feeling confident and satisfied with the outcome. I’ve also owned BMW’s since graduating from college over 30 years ago; they are remarkable performance vehicles, and this is my favorite service center of the many I’ve frequented.

Patrick Belrose…my salesperson is always super responsive and knowledgeable. And this is my 3rd BMW I have purchased from them and the service level we receive from BMW of Sioux Falls has always been top notch.

What a great experience! From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out! They gave me a waterbowl for my pups, everyone greeted me and my pups…the service was great, they kept me informed…10 out of 5 stars!

Great experience. Everyone we delt with (Doug, Andy and Joe) were very considerate and professional. Non of the high pressure we've experienced at some dealers in the past. We really appreciated that. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone.

I loved coming here! I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and a couple of other places I tried weren't able to fit me in fast enough. Got to Luxury, and had to wait behind a few cars. That didn't matter though, it didn't take more than 45 minutes for me to get in, and once I was in, I was out in 20 minutes. They were incredibly nice, and made me feel comfortable in an environment that normally stresses me out.

I am very happy with the dealership and their employees. I’ve been happy with the service as if you have an appointment for servicing they take it right in and done in less time than you can imagine. They finish up with a clean car.

I called Carol Morken prior to my visit. I was interested in a specific 2023 BMW. Carol was excellent in listening to what I was looking for, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She did a great job of getting the vehicle ready prior to my visit. She was very helpful, and she did a wonderful job of explaining the features of the car. She did a great job of working with me, to help me understand the pros and cons of this vehicle vs a 2024 BMW. We closed the deal within an hour, and I drove my BMW home the same day! The customer service and attention to every detail was exceptional. I will definitely continue doing business with Carol and the folks at LAM in the future!

I've had a great experience with the Luxury Auto Mall service department! My service advisor, Erika, has been communicative, listened to my conerns regarding my car and found a solution that met my timeline. Above and beyond has been their shuttle service, text message updates and accommodating my travel schedule. I'll definitely be back!

We recently purchased a new car from Kelsey. It truly was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We came to Kelsey with a list of vehicles that we wanted to test drive. Kelsey went to work and gathered all the keys. No sales games, fun test drives, and he listened to our feedback from the test drives and found the perfect car for us. Best oil change I have had in town for my VW! They were quick and thorough, and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The techs not only changed my oil and filter, but they also flushed my engine and put additives in my motor for longevity. I won't go anywhere else anymore!

My first experience buying a Mercedes and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelsey was helpful from start to finish throughout the process & treated us like family. The vehicle is amazing and has a lot of neat features. Kelsey gave us a quick lesson and offered to help with any/all questions we have while learning the new vehicle. Definitely would recommend him and the dealership.

Had an issue with the vehicle over the holidays. They were able to get me a loaner Saturday before Christmas, look at it the day after Christmas, and fixed right away! Then even brought my car to me when it was done. Professional and reliable and happy to have them to rely on. Thanks!!

Second car purchased from them. --- But the kicker is that I live 6 1/2 hours away and I am not they only one that drives from Bismarck ND to Sioux Falls SD to purchase from them. One of my friends has bought a couple of cars from them (That is how I found out about them). They have an excellent web site and what they post is correct and true. They are worth the drive.

Zach and Reid were very helpful and understanding. Of course owning a luxury car is expensive but LAM helped curb my expenses in any way they could. They were prompt, provided me rides back and forth (John was very kind & friendly), and they did a great job at explaining things to me!! Thank you.

My experience with luxury auto mall of Sioux falls was very pleasant easy no gimmics or no runaround or sleazy tactics that you usually see at dodge ram dealerships Jacob the sales guys was nice and accommodating made my purchases easy and straight to the point I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ thank you.

Update to this situation listed below - Made my 1- Star experience jump to a 5 - Star!! I was told my appointment would take 1 1/2 hours but I was still waiting 2+ hours later and it still wasn't done. I have to take my vehicle back another day for them to finish what I couldn't wait around for due to another appointment that I had made based on the time frame I was told when I made the appointment at Luxury Auto.
I had also called to get a quote to get 4 new tires put on my vehicle before I made the appointment but what I wasn't told was that the install & alignment were above & beyond the quote I was given.
If you are going to give a quote for tires it would be helpful to give the complete total of the expense so a person could make an informed decision about where to get tires installed. I was very disappointed. I will know in the future to ask more questions but not sure it will be with Luxury Auto Tire Dept
FOLLOW UP: I received a phone call from Luxury Auto & they have gone above & beyond to rectify the situation. I am very appreciative of their effort. I was genuinely surprised by the call & it shows me they truly cared about my experience and wanted to make it right.

I received great service once again at Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls. I was greeted immediately and was offered an explanation to all of my questions regarding my appointment. The appointment took less time than expected and my vehicle was ready to pick up upon my arrival. Thank you!
