Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We waited for 45 minutes to be sited, mind you we only eat at Olive Garden when we are at Sioux Falls, we didn't know that there was an app to do that. Now we know we will be doing that. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was great and even the manager in charge is so nice and helpful.

It was date night, the first in I can't remember how long. We arrived around 10pm. The hostess brought us to our seats and left our menus and offered us a drink and breadsticks. It took about 4 minutes for our server to introduce herself. She was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable of the menu. She gave us about 5 minutes to look through the vast options while she gathered our drinks. After taking our order, she asked about refills. While we waited for our food, she stayed busy by cleaning her section so she would always be around if we had questions. This is our fault for coming right before they closed. It seems they ran out of Alfredo, which happened to be half the food on our 80$ tab, so she was very sincere about breaking the news to us. We aren't very picky, and we're glad to have a kind server. The changes were made with ease and we received our food within 20 minutes of being seated. After all was said, eaten, and done we were easily able to pay for the tab and 20% tip on their kiosk stationed at every table. Very convenient! I am confident we will frequent that olive garden every date night opportunity we can. Thank you for such great service!

I opted to wait for a table through the app so we didn't have to wait too long in the lobby and it worked out well for us. After we were seated, our waitress could see we were ready to order right away which was nice to not have to wait. She was very prompt with service and was very thoughtful! Our meal was delicious but as expected, we did not have enough room for dessert.

I really love this place, it is one of my favorite restaurants in Sioux Falls. Delicious food, really good drinks and amazing bread sticks. I always order the Tour of Italy because I love it, last night I tried the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno with a Margarita, and it was pretty good too. Great service!

Waitress, manager and owner went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction, they all had great attitudes, super kind and helpful. I ordered a medium rare steak and I never in my life have returned a dish so I felt bad as it was to tell the waitress that I did not want to eat the steak as it was cooked really well done, she was super nice about it she got her manager and the owner after explaining the situation they all worked together the best they could for a busy Friday night and made sure I enjoyed my meal in their restaurant. Hands down the best experience I've had at an eating establishment in Sioux Falls.

We had Olive Garden delivered to our office last week for lunch and it was amazing! Chelsey provided the best service, she showed up right on time and made sure we had everything we needed and helped set it all up! Everyone enjoyed it!

We were greeted warmly when we entered & seated right away. Our initial waitress took our order & then another waitress delivered. Several staff stopped by while we ate to be sure we were doing ok. The gal also attending bar helped us pay by the machine on our table. Staff were all so warm, friendly & helpful. Food, of course, was top notch!

Enjoyed the dining setting, food was good, I ordered the grilled chicken margherita, another was the lasagna, waitress was nice and efficient. Waited 20 to 25 min for a table on sunday.

Food was good as usual, but our server Alania was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and genuinely made the experience here better than usual. Wonderful service from her

Ate here Nov 9 and had Carter as a server. This young man was top notch. He acted as if he was working in a high end steak house in a major city. Young man did a fantastic job not only with our table, but he worked his entire section without missing a beat. The food was ok but damn did the service make up for everything. Keep it up young man --- if you go to OG ask for this young man to be your server.

Love Ordering the Family meals From here, We are a family of 6 and We have leftovers for the next meal for the day. The Salad Is More than what is served when you dine in. You Order to go, they send you all the things that you might need, Like Utensils, servíng Spoons, and Plates.

Oh my goodness this was EXACTLY what we needed. The server Galen was on the ball, if we had a need, he took care of it promptly and we never felt we were forgotten even though the restaurant had plenty of customers. Our food was PERFECT and Ooooh Soooo Tasty. I couldn't help but take pictures it was THAT GOOD 😋 We are definitely going back and soon. THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE GALEN 😉

We went for lunch today for our Anniversary. I love Olive Garden for their pasta but sometimes the service can be hit or miss - Kelsea M. today did a fabulous job. I appreciate good service these days more than ever because it is hard come by. Thanks for your great service it was very much appreciated.

We had a wait of 35 minutes but we were seated by 25 minutes the waitress was fun and energetic I rook my baby for her 20th birthday she's no longer a teenager we made it and that was our celebration lol she got a strawberry creme cake to go everything was amazing I love the chicken tortellini.I highly recommend to make reservations but we sat on line for 15 minutes so I'm not sure I decided we'd just wait I

I had great experience eating here. The waitress at the time was friendly and attentive.

The service was great. Our server tanner was above and beyond. 5/5 would recommend the mango tea 👌.
