Stopped in for Express oil change. I thought it was no appointment needed. I was informed that that had changed and an appointment was necessary. The Express manager apologized for the inconvenience then slipped me in between appointments. Fantastic customer service!

Billion always does a great job! I always feel as though I am being taken care of and never oversold or convinced into things that I do not need to have done. Adam was a great help in directing me through a good amount of maintenance work that was time to take care of and how I could break it up so it wasn't such a hit on my finances!

The parts have been on backorder for a long time, but they were awesome at keeping in communication with me and going above and beyond to try to get my truck fixed. What could have been a really painful experience, turned into a positive one because of these two employees and of course the mechanics who fixed my truck. Thank you!

This was the fastest oil change I have had. I wasn’t in there more than 20 minutes. Not oil did they change my oil, but fixed my wiper spray. I check marked my air cabin filter to replace because I wasn’t sure if it needed it. They checked and let me know that it wasn’t that bad and gave me the option on whether to replace it or not vs just replacing it. It was one of the best experience I’ve had.

We were traveling cross-country during some of the worst winter weather of the year and my truck broke down. I hobbled it to the Billion service center and they were able to squeeze us in that day! The service was great and we were extremely grateful they were able to fit us in! Fortunately it was a minor problem and they could get us on our way. I know this isn't the norm for service departments, so the fact that they could get us in was even better. I highly recommend this place.

While traveling through the area we had the sliding door on our van pop off track. Not really something you want happening with 800 miles left to travel. Eric was kind enough to get us squeezed into his schedule and back on the road in no time. Thank you for the great customer service.

Service was great! We used the online system to schedule a time and that was easy and fast. Adam ordered the parts needed and they arrived quickly and he was very accommodating with setting up the next service appointment. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. We really appreciate this facility and the great people who work there!

The salesperson I worked with, Jeff Anderson, made the whole buying experience stress free and easy. Everything was done long distance and over phone, text, and computer. He went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. When pickup day came we literally were in the dealership less than 1/2 hour which included signing papers and going over all the features in the new vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

We were traveling through Sioux Falls when we had a major issue with our vehicle and Eric (service dept) arranged a rental car and transportation to get there before we arrived. Eric continued to be very helpful and the service department was able to get our truck in for an assessment on short notice. We are very appreciative of the fantastic way they helped us in a very stressful situation! They are a 5 star team!

My truck overheated, just south of Sioux Falls. We were able to take the 229 bypass and get to Billion. We were very grateful that they took us right in and were able to fix the truck. We were amazed at the friendly, helpful Service. I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciated their care
