Another awesome experience. Front desk staff was on point and everyone I dealt with today was so helpful and friendly. I felt like staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Marci is so sweet and very personable as well as knowledgeable. Marci’s medical assistant was great too! Down to earth and so funny! Thank you for quality care!

5 stars because of the ladies who did my blood work today. They truly went above and beyond- so kind and comforting! I get so scared about it and was starting to panic but they really took the time to help ease my nerves and were so understanding. One took the time to distract and chat with me while the other took my blood. I know it was busy and they really didn't have to do that, but it meant a lot and helped me overcome my fears.

Dr. Dreyer was an awesome Doctor and his Nurses go above and beyond. Whoever runs this clinic, sure knows what customer services are. The nurses walk slow for me and told me take my time, they took me to the lab and then onto the x-ray so I didn’t get lost I would say that this is beyond. This clinic is 45 minutes from my house, but I’ll definitely go again if I need a rheumatologist

I've only been to this location twice, but I've had really good experiences both times. Today I met with Dr Chen for an acute care visit. He was absolutely professional and efficient, as was everyone there. I was seen and had lab work done within 45 minutes, no wait anywhere. I would fully recommend him and the facility.

Dr. Dwyer was fantastic. He took his time to review and listen to my past history and current condition. Together we came up with a treatment plan customized for me. I feel hopeful for the future and on the right track for significant improvement. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dwyer was great! This was my first time seeing him and a rheumatologist at all. He was very thorough and friendly during my visit. He asked a lot of great questions and listened carefully trying to determine the cause of my issues. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Staff was amazing and friendly. Dr. Dwyer actually listened to me which I'm not used to. He took time and care that many docs these days don't do. The phlebotomist was so good I didn't even feel the needle stick.

The ARC providers caring for my wife are very supportive and knowledgeable in their specialties. ARC also has the best care tracking system I have seen. MyChart is a nice touch to the overall experience.

Dr. Bastion was attentive and listened to all my concerns. Very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness. Would recommend his services to anyone needing a good doctor.

it was easy to make an appointment. all of the staff from the front desk to the doctors were very professional and friendly. i felt satisfied with the information that I got and felt heard. and the wait time after I checked in was short.

I had a great experience at ARC Far West. I only had a two minute wait after I arrived. Ashley and Dr. Robinson were both personable, caring, and knowledgable. I highly recommend!

Dr Dwyer did a great job listening to my symptoms. I never felt rushed. He answered all of my questions.

ARC Bastrop is a new site. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wait time was very short. Dr. Dwyer is thorough and attentive and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

Great location to get all the care you would normally have to go to Austin for. I have two doctors that I love here and hope ARC continues to expand this location.

Had an appointment with Dr. Chen at 10 a.m. i arrived a bit early, was immediately checked in by the friendly and efficient front desk and directed to the waiting room. I sat down and a few minutes later I was called to the exam room. Dr. Chen was running a couple of minutes late but came in apologizing for his 2 minutes tardiness. He was very thorough and comprehensive in his exam. Afterward he/we discussed various treatment and medication options and their appropriateness and likelihood of success. I am very pleased with my ARC experience and highly recommend ARC Southwest.

I have consistently received great care from the dermatology and podiatry providers for the past 15+ years. We appreciate everyone we have received care from there.

Today I went to see Marci, she’s above and beyond amazing. She’s knowledgeable, listens and understands my concerns with my hyper pigmentation. ARC has an excellent set up from front desk, nurse, and doctor. I saw Dr. Dwyer, who was easy to talk to, listened well, and very competent in his medical field.

I have had three appointments at the Southwest clinic in the past several months. I am thankful for the care I have gotten at ARC with Dr. Ambler, Karina Rea, PA, and Dr. Champ. All of them listened to me, answered my questions, and told me my options for treatment. Their MA’s were friendly, I haven’t ever had a problem at the Southwest front desk checking in. Even the lab tech had a sense of humor! I see Dr. Yousuf every 6 months for years and I trust her.

It seems like all the businesses in Austin and everyone that lives here is feeling the stress of the thousands of people moving to Austin every month. Sometimes it takes a while to talk to a nurse on the phone, but I appreciate what they do.

ARC Southwest Dermatology. She is knowledgeable and kind with her approach to treating your skin. I’m on my second treatment of Micro Needling and IPL and my skin looks younger, and my brown spots are virtually gone. Thank you Marci! Referrals are on there way!
