I work in healthcare and on Thanksgiving day I was at work when I locked my phone, wallet and car keys in my locker. I also locked the combination to my new lock in the locker! There wasn’t a bolt cutter in the hospital. I called 311 and spoke to the dispatch and asked for the Fire Department. Being slightly embarrassed, I asked if there was any way I could ask for a courtesy call to rescue me as I had no one who would be available to cut my lock and also it was a holiday. Thankfully these kind men came and snapped the lock and didn’t laugh at me.
