Beautiful little shop run by the coolest guy. He is a wonderful artist and has some sketches for sale along with a variety of other interesting goods. This store captures the spirit of the city which is rapidly fading with all the gentrified chain nonsense.

Fascinating REAL Chinese store, like in the movies, this pearl is in fast gentrified Burnet road in Austin. If you can, visit it before it's gone!

I got my first Wok here in about 1990. I still have it. Super fun store and very helpful! If you are cooking something they can totally help you with anything.

A unique store with groceries, good chef's knives, and many other odds and ends. Run by a true character. Go there to pick up a few things, but stay a little longer and talk to a great old Thai fellow who went to UT in the 60's.

Been there for years, maybe the first Asian grocery store. The family that runs it are incredible cooks that gave us a great recipe for coconut chicken soup. Thank you for being there!

Worked at Kash Larry grocery store together and helped him set up the inside of the store. Agree he is

I love the owner he is sweet and precious. He is a absolutely wonderful human being. And the store is fun to browse. A very happy place!!!!!
