Was able to get an appt same say through the app. Little to no wait time even though there was quite a few patients there. This shows there is efficiency in how they run. I loved Dr. Flores and would def see her again, and I def would recommend her to others. She’s easy to talk to and has a great bedside manner. I believe her when she makes me feel like she cares. Thank you Dr Flores. (Her MA was also wonderful and super nice !)

Dr. Flores was very attentive to me describing my condition and incredibly thorough in order to pinpoint the problem!

ARC Service is on a continual decline. This review is in no relation to the Doctor, just ARC services as a company. Long phone hold times. Untimely responses via chat. Lack of communication. Very disappointing

**Please read for honest review. This is of my experience at the Southwest Clinic (save your time and choose another location)*

Almost like the person whose medicine was forgotten mine took forever to even get. Dr. Flores saw me on a Wednesday which was 8/4 with a suspected Sinus infection. Antibiotics at this time were not given and the next day I called the office to get some. No call that day, I called the following day and still no call back. It wasn’t until Sunday a nurse called me still asking if I needed meds. I told him I don’t know what person can fight a sinus infection without antibiotics let alone in a 4 day period. To my response he said “well she’s not gonna prescribe you medicine just to give you medicine”.

We also did a blood, urine and stool sample just in case since I was experiencing dizziness. I missed a call for the first half of test that came back. Usually I get a call back from ARC but nothing. About 2 more days I saw in Mychart that some of my results were abnormal. No sooner had I read it a nurse called me. I told her that something was popping up abnormal and that I wanted to speak to the doctor. To which she shut me rudely down. She said “NO ITS NOT, I got it from the doctor and she said everything was fine and that it says that sometimes”.

Skip to me making an appointment with my primary. Since the reason I saw Dr. Flores in the first place was because she was the first available. Of course my primary took the time to read the test results. Which I’m not saying Dr. Flores wasn’t knowledgeable. No, it was the fact that my doctor actually took the time to EVEN LOOK.

So my primary sends me to the lab because my “abnormal results” meant either something was wrong with gallbladder or liver. Naturally, I was pissed but I thought well we’ll see what comes back. Sure enough it was determined that something is wrong with my liver.

I’m not one to ever call people out like this on social media. But today 9/1 I received a call from on another nurse at the Southwest clinic today. They were still on my stool sample still calming nothing was wrong. I SAW THEM EARLY AUGUST AND I’M STILL GETTING MY RESULTS FROM FIRST SEEING HER ON 8/4.

I warn you don’t go to the Southwest clinic. The front desk ladies ignore you cause they don’t wanna help you. Then make you feel like an inconvenience when they have to do their job and check you in. The nurses have a major attitude problem and I can only assume the doctors are just as non-personable as this doctor.

I get they’re busy but come waiting 4 days waiting for meds and getting results a whole month later is just insane. I suggest you go to the south 1st one. I’ve never been let down by those doctors before.
