This place has a great vibe. I wish they updated their info a bit more. We skipped it several times thinking nothing was really going on, but it's a pretty cool place. Sunday afternoon and there is a great bluesy band. Definitely add it to your plans. Pizza truck out back. People are really nice. Smaller indoor area, but big outdoor areas.

Underrated. Here we were struggling for parking at Armadillo Den and trying to hit Lustre Pearl South for the upteenth time, and this sleeper was there the whole time. The DJ Mr. Brown Sounds was also laying down the smoothness. 🎶

Indian roller is a little gem for the adult crowd in South Austin. Not like Moontower that brings in a lot of the college crowd , Indian roller caters to the adult crowd that's just wants good drinks, great music and no drama. They have an awesome food trailer now called Hot Mess with great burgers, barbecue sauce, tacos and amazing sides.

Great Hospiality all around, from the people working the floor to the bartenders, love the prices on drinks, the atmosphere is amazing, taco truck in back is super tasty. One of my favorite spots. Going alone or with a group of friends, It feels safe.

Best way south Austin bar! They did some landscaping and outdoor improvements during covid and what a change! Many great seating areas with an outdoor bar as well. I don't get why this place is not crowded. There's plenty of parking and staff is always super pleasant! Pass on the young crowd at Armadillo Den or Moontower and give it a try!

Really relaxed cool vibe ! Drinks and drink specials , great outdoor patio and best of all dog friendly ! Sweet food truck in the back and a variety of live music 🎶 is back !

Awesome! We drove down from the DFW area. This is just what the doctor ordered. Karaoke, dancing, drinks, Tacos, REPEAT! If you’re adventurous make the drive. The hospitality is off the charts. The staff is wonderful. The guests are friendly! You’ll be glad you came and sorry if you don’t! Girl’s night out. Guy’s night out. Something fun for everyone. Outdoor and indoor seating! DON’T MISS OUT!

It was really friendly environment and has a positive vibe. The host Alden did a great job as usual and displayed his extraordinary skill in fart execution. I will definitely be going back next week. 😁

Fun place! Went on a Saturday night. The bar inside was fairly crowded because they were doing karaoke. It ranged from Patsy Klein to some kind of horrible screamo music (maybe somebody other than just the guy dying on the microphone liked it, but I did not see any smiles). That was just one song--the rest was fun! Miles of outdoor seating and there was a pizza food truck there. It was fun spending a Saturday night there.

Cool surfer kinda vibe when we went. I think it was a special event. The bartender was cool and friendly. It got busy later in the day. We had a blast and the live music was entertaining! Unique Austin spot.

I always have dug this spot. Very cool atmosphere, seen some DJs inside, have a fairly good selection of drinks. I went for the first time since pre-pandemic last week so it’s been my only experience back in a while but still seemed good. Just a chill night to have a couple drinks.

Had a great time here. Very laid back atmosphere. Ton of outdoor seating though we were indoors most of the time. Bartender was very friendly. Definitely plan on returning. Just wish they had karaoke more often then once per month.

Great place in way South Austin with a really good beer selection and plenty of outdoor seating. You can catch live music here in this funky and uniquely decorated bar. There's a pretty good food truck or back. Definitely worth a look. Nice chill place to spend an evening.

Very cool little place. The staff is super cool and all pretty chill. There's one pool table, some board games and a photo booth inside. Outback, there's a lot of outdoor seating, most of it covered. They regularly have events such as karaoke, drag shows and live bands.There's also a food truck that supplies great tacos.

One of our favorite bars in Far South Austin on Menchaca. Craft cocktails are on point and the beer selection is plentiful. This place opens at 3pm everyday so if you need an early happy hour check this place out. They often have live music during the evenings starting usually after 7 or 8pm. They also have a food truck that usually opens sometime around 5pm if I'm not mistaken. Of note is that children are not allowed just so you know.

Great staff. Great drinks. Killer beer selection. And a steady stream of awesome bands and djs. Definitely a cool new spot everyone should check out. They even have the Frank food truck in the back. Another great addition to the south Austin bar scene.

Stopped by there for the first time when I drove up from Houston to hang with buddies. Really love the place, it's got a great chill vibe and it's got plenty of space for lounging, get-togethers and what not. Parking seems ample, and the music was solid. Good location for far South Austiners, and there's a food truck so that helps when you need a taco. Bartender was extremely friendly as well. Great spot all in all, and the manager was really helpful.

Nice place to chill. Had a market going on when I arrived in the front of the campus. There was plenty of room in the back outside area to just hang out. It was a short but nice experience.

Admittedly was not impressed with this place at first, dirty glasses, flat beer.. but they have cleaned up a lot in the last few months! The front and back patio are HUGE and there are tons of places to hang. They have a bar open out there sometimes, too. Friendly staff, great prices, killer location. Great vibe there, too. Ooh and check out the food truck! Wow those tacos, 10/10! Only complaint I have is the limes are pretty much always horrible. It is an impressive consistency. But I'll take that over the mega crowds at Moontower ;)

This is a very laid-back bar that is a great alternative to its neighbor Moontower. They have a trivia night and live music and a food truck. I recommend checking out their website for more information and hours. Just drive slowly once you're south of Slaughter or you will miss the sign. It comes up very quickly. Look for a large neon eagle and again drive slow or you will miss it.
