I have worked with Tina in the past, so when my mother fell, and it became clear we needed to sell her house fast, I turned to Mallach and Company for help. While I new I would get the very best of service, this was the best posible move I could have made. If you have ever heard anyone say< "trust the process" im sure they coined that phrase after working with Tina. We were working with a few hurdles, and Tine and Holly cleared each and every one. Im not always very bright, but this time I was smart enough to ask Tina to take charge. We had offers after one days, had a contract the next, and we will be closing nearly a week early, for well over asking. Tina and team have never let me down, and I trusted her completely. Kelly Ladner has been our realtor for years now. I bought a house in 2016 and sold in 2020. We recently relocated back to Austin. Through out the process of relocating she been incredibly helpful with face timing us on different properties. She even went as far as to let us ship things to her home and then dropped our packages off at the property when she took position of it for us.

Words cannot express how genuine and caring she is when it came to helping us decide on a house or selling one. On short notice Tina quickly pulled together a two-day househunting trip for us and every property met the criteria we earlier discussed.
