Dr. Hart is very kind. I have never felt rushed through my appointments. It seems to be a common practice for doctors to send you off with ineffective solutions, knowing you will be coming back in a few days when your symptoms have not improved. However, this has not been my experience with Dr. Hart. He looks to provide you with the right care the first time so you won't have to drag yourself back in a second time. He shows genuine concern and provides straight forward information.

This place is the only doctor’s office that seems to improve over time . I go here to the slaughter and Menchaca location bc I can always get seen next day there and every doctor I have seen has been great. My GP is in the Buda area and never has availability for me till next month. Which is not so good when you need help. But that’s bc the locations are very different in size. But today I met with Dr Hart, and he was very helpful. This is a busy place but I got great attention; I look forward to working with him on my treatments.thank you.

Easy to make an appointment. I was able to get in the same day. Check in was quick. Nurse/MA called me back as soon as I sat down. I don’t know her name but she was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. I have not one bad thing to say about doctor Steven Hart. From the minute he greeted me I felt welcomed and comfortable. He listened to me, expressed empathy and really did all he could to help me feel better at the moment. He is genuine doctor. I hope to get some good results from the medication and recommendations. I’ll also be going to see a specialist because of this appointment. I appreciate Dr. Hart beyond words, we need more doctors like him. Take care of this man at all costs ARC.

Dr. Hart is very knowledgeable and caring. He took time to listen and answer my questions, but was also very efficient.

I needed a lab test while passing through town. I managed to make a next day appointment, and was surprised to get in and out of there in less than an hour as a new patient. Dr Hart was terrific. If I lived here I would want him as my doctor all the time.
